0 stars!! Waited more than 2 months for my extensions never got them and now trying to get a refund!!! DO NOT ORDER!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING, TOOK MY ORDER THEY THEN SAY SORRY SOLD OUT AND NOW WAITING FOREVER FOR A REFUND. IM NOW SENDING ALL DETAILS TO CREDIT CARD COMPANY ABSOLUTELY APPALLING COMPANY TO DEAL WITH IN EVERY WHICH WAY POSSIBLE. YOU DONT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR

Ordered a couple sets and they came within 4 days but it was over a weekend so expected that, I did order a returns label incase the colour didnt match but havent received that so took a star off for that reason. But the extensions therself are really good if you cant afford the expensive real £250 ones!

Absolutely shocking, my Daughter ordered extension just before lock down. After waiting a month, both myself and my Daughter made contact a few times, it took ages for a reply. When i asked for the order to be cancelled, as she clearly wasn't getting them. On the 05/05/2020, i was emailed to say the order has been cancelled. I've emailed numerous times about my refund, no one to this day has responded to the email.

Absolutely shocking. Order never arrived and they genuinely lied to me about where my order was. They said it had been ‘shipped’ when it had never. Absolute scammers. Trying to get a refund but I doubt they will refund me....

This company should not be getting away with taking peoples money. No order received despite paying next day delivery. No response to my enquiries, SHOCKING never again please avoid

Awful customer service

Claim a 1-2 day delivery left it two weeks till I enquired no reply for 2 weeks then after 30 days it turned up... Wrong colour which is 100% my fault so I filed for a refund on the website 3 weeks ago still no reply Facebook messages the company still no response I wish I would of paid more somewhere else at least the customer service would of been there. Good quality product bad quality service

AVOID this company. Order never turnt up. They then threatened to take legal action against me for constantly messaging them after wanting my money back and refused to refund me. They kept saying “we will chase this up for you” but nothing happened. Just a bunch of scammers who have been doing it for a few years by the looks of it.

Horrendous. Disgusting service. Have placed 2 orders now - the first on 6th april on next day delivery and the 16th april, BOTH on next day delivery. I've messaged on Facebook multiple times - received 1 reply to say it's being chased up and then ignored completely again afterwards despite more messages to them on facebook AND in email. I understand delays but this is the most awful service I have ever received and I'm furious. Two orders just disappeared with no trace, no replies and no refund. DO NOT use them. Absolute scammers.

Pretty much always order from this site for my synthetic extensions, they are the best! Have tried afew others around to compare and always come back to my first love!
Never have any problems which colour matching and they last years, if you look after them. Only just thrown away my last lot I brought afew years ago. They are fabulous and the best price too! Highly recommend!

Have had lots of hair extensions from this company. They arrive fast, and am always delighted with them.

Terrible company. They are absolutely shameless! Returned some hair extensions in October and still waiting for a refund. They don’t reply to any emails or comments on social media. I have taken this further and reported them to trading standards. I hope they take this seriously as after reading these comments they have scammed hundreds of people.

Not even worthy of one star! The worst company I have ever had dealings with. Returned two packs of extensions in November they were tracked and signed for. I still haven’t received a refund. I have sent emails daily and get no response. The customer service is none existent. Please do not waste your money on these con artists. The majority of the reviews on here are people who have been left without a refund also. Please listen to these people and do not waste your money!!!

I have reported this horrendous company to both trading standards and action fraud. Please if you have not received your refund then report them too!

I have been loyally buying almost monthly for over 5 years – Although I have a mixed bag of experiences, it is unacceptable that they constantly fail in many orders (wrong items delivered, things not being shipped, card being charged twice), but foremost it is exhausting having to relentlessly chase them to get your funds back or orders flowing. That has always been the case for this company, a gamble on whether your order will be hassle-free or not.

But since covid things seem to have reached a non-return point, they seem unable to deal with the volume of orders as they constantly have a backlog, which ultimately is a logistic issue. Because although they are very aware of the situation, that does not stop them from overselling and not being transparent about the delays (that take sometimes over a month instead of the three-day expected shipping). This situation has become more recurrent over time and ultimately made me decide to never shop again with them. Used to be fine, but at the moment shopping, there seems more of a hassle when other websites offer identical products at a similar price point and especially avoids you all the troubles. I rather shop at Lullabellz these days xx
