I had my hair transplant with Dr Nishal at KSL Clinic and I honestly couldn’t fault the experience.
Gosha and Brooke were amazing on the day — super precise, quick and so reassuring throughout both the follicle retrieval and implantation. They were constantly checking I was okay and made sure I had everything I needed.
Dr Nishal made sure the whole process was pain free and it genuinely was. The day flew by and felt way easier than I expected. From start to finish it was such a smooth, positive experience. He also took the time to explain everything clearly and wouldn’t start until I was completely happy with where the hairline would be, talking me through each step as he went along and making me feel really confident and at ease.
Honestly, it was a fabulous day, very quick and completely pain free. I felt so well looked after the whole time and couldn’t recommend the team more.

The whole team at KSL made my transplant experience a really positive one, from the initial consultation, to everyone involved at the clinic on the day of the actual procedure and finally then their follow up calls / emails.
I was rather apprehensive when I arrived but they all made me feel very much at ease.
They had come highly recommended and didn't disappoint, would very much recommend them myself.

First round of PRP was great! In and out in 30 mins!

I have just come back fresh from having 1-4 areas treated on my first ever hair transplant with Dr Matee and his team. I am writing to recommend KSL for an absolute outstanding service / kindness/ awareness and professional procedure! I arrived very early Saturday am and was given an oat bar to eat and water, I was then taken up to meet Dr Matee and his team. The head line was drawn perfectly and I was ready to go. The worst bit was the injections to numb the area but once you are passed that - it’s literally chilled and not uncomfortable at all. I expected more pain to follow but absolutely nothing! I had 2500 grafts and feel fine. After they took the hairs , I was having lunch and felt fine and ready for them to insert the hairs back into my head. 10/10 experience , I’m back home and will follow the 2 week protocol and make sure I keep hydrated and eat well. Thanks again team I will see you soon for my PRP ! Looking forward to seeing the real results in weeks to follow.

They looked after me very well. Procedure was straight forward and 10 days since things look good.

Overall experience was fantastic. From when I arrived everyone made me feel so welcome from the woman at reception to the doctors who did my procedure they all took away my nerves instantly. The whole experience was very easy going and that’s thanks to DR nishal and his team. They was very professional throughout the whole process and made me feel very comfortable and that I was in reliable hands. Will definitely recommend ksl clinic in future for anyone i know wanting a hair transplant.

I’ve had a couple of prp sessions with the clinic and I am someone who’s always had a phobia of needles and in particular blood tests. Kelly has been the clinician I’ve had both times and I cannot praise Kelly enough.

Kelly has helped me with my phobia and made me feel a lot more comfortable and confident, by being kind, respectful and not rushing to get the job done. Kelly is a fantastic clinician and a great member of the KSL team

This was my 2nd go with this procedure, 1st with KSL. It has been a very different experience to the previous one. Last time I felt all services were the same and went with the cheaper option, which essentially turned out to be a waste of money and time. I ended up back at KSL when looking again and the whole process has felt more professional and more genuine. The customer service doesnt just end when you leave the door, and you actually speak to people you have seen during the process. I met with Dr Matee during my consultation, discussed what had been done and what I was looking for, and felt an overall sense of reassurance. What it looks looks so far, shows how a difference in the standard of work to what I had done previously. I would and will recommend and if any further needs to be done will be going back. It seems that in my experiences so far, you get what you pay for.

I’ve had 2400 hair g rafts at Ksl yesterday by my surgeon/Doctor Nishal. Techs were Brooke and Gosia they were absolutely fantastic top quality Service looked after me made sure I was informed during the whole process calmed me down I was a slightly nervous patient was given something to eat absolutely nothing was any bother really made it a fantastic experience can’t wait to see the results !!! thank you

They provided lunch on the day and during the procedure reassured me to ensure I was not in any pain or discomfort. The aftercare has also been fantastic, and the team have been on hand at all times to answer and queries or concerns I have had. I would highly recommend this clinic!
