Terrible, I will never be buying from here eevr again

I pre ordered Rosé's solo album all the way in April of this year and the status of my order was "shipped out" however it is now November and I have contacted customer service multiple times and they have NOT helped me at all and I can't get a refund. The tracking number doesn't work and their Customer Service is terrible. I have tried contacting everywhere and to this day I still have got nothing. i will never be buying from here ever again.

They ignored my refund request and shipped the order anyway.

I wish I could give them zero star or negative stars. I placed an order on 10/15/2021. The order included two main items. On 10/21/2021 I received an email which said one of the items was cancelled and I could either get a partial refund for that item only or I can request a full refund for everything that was in the order. I requested a full refund using the link they provided right after I received the email. However, I only received a partial refund a few days later and following that, I received an email that said the rest of the items in that order were shipped. I was shocked. I have tried several times to contact the customer service. Or maybe I should say their customer service doesn't exist. It has been very difficult to try to talk to a real person, most of the times I got automatic replies from a robot. The communication so far has been highly inefficient. They do not a telephone number or an email address, and you must use the chat app which is the only customer service channel. I live in North America and there'a a 13-hour time difference between where I live and where they are. They are only available from 8am-5pm local time which is night time for me. It's been very hard to find a time when I can talk to them. If only they let you send them an email. So far I’ve been told that they never received my refund request. Not sure how that happened since I definitely submitted my request. When I suggested it might be system error (they made a mistake with the email, so I assumed something else might have gone wrong), the customer service person just went silent. I’ve also been told that once the shipment is initiated, I can’t get a refund anymore. I asked follow-up questions and got no reply. That customer service person just disappeared! So they would just force the stuff on you even when you don’t want it and there’s no way for you to get a refund. What a great way to boost sales!

Slow shipping

I preordered Lalisa, and it only just got here, not on with the amount shipping was especially because I preordered over a week before. Album was also really dirty for some reason.

I ordered your choice, freeze, persona and photocards on 27th June it's October now I did not receive my order. They are not responding to any emails and my money is gone ~

I did not receive my order for two months

I did not receive my order for more than two months. First they accepted my order for items in stock, than they put it on hold for more than a month because they did not have some items. Later they changed the status of the order to 'shipped out', but the courier confirmed only the label was printed and the actual package was never sent. The customer chat is useless - they just copy and paste the order status displayed on their web page and close the chat without any explanation. I decided to charge back on my card.

Horrible Customer Service, Slow shipping

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
I will never ever buy from them again. Their customer service is literally the worst. I tried contacting them through email and their stupid little chat function and I never got a response. At most I got an automated response that didn't answer my question.
And also, their shipping sucks. I preordered the Lalisa and Mamamoo album 8 days before they were to be released. Now it's been 2 weeks following the 2 album's release, and they still haven't even sent out my albums!!! I paid a crazy amount of shipping and preordered the albums expecting that I would get my albums really quick, but the fact that my albums still haven't even been sent out ... I'm very disappointed.
Overall, a really bad experience with this shop and I do not recommend.

Absolutely no customer service and no…

Absolutely no customer service and no tracking number to check on your order. It took over a month before our order arrived. I tried several times to use ktown4u's CS Talk and would get the same 3-4 automated messages. I never once was able to communicate with a person about my order

They always mess up my orders this way…

They always mess up my orders this way or another, but it's like the only way to get kpop albums where I live without having to pay unreasonably huge commission to greedy kpop dealers, so it's okay, I can survive a little shaken up parcels. Could use better packaging though.

Very good and fast delivery

I was quite unsure whether to buy the taste of love albums from here or somewhere else because of the reviews I saw in here but I’m happy I bought it from ktown4u! I really wanted the preorder posters to come rolled up in a tube and no one sold them rolled up apart from ktown4u and someone from eBay that was selling these for £80 which, compared to ktown4u, is very expensive. In ktown4u I bought the albums for £58.68 and it came safely with no dents to my house. And it came pretty quickly. I mean of course it would. I payed a lot for shipping. I’m not sure why so many people had bad experiences but I’m glad I didn’t.

My bad experience with Ktown4u

I pre-ordered 3 Twice Taste of Love albums May 11, 2021. They came on June 16, 2021. Shipping was fine, it came in decent condition. Once I opened my package and opened the albums, I saw that all three of them were damaged in some way. First, my Taste version was damaged on the outer edges of the album. Second, my In Love version had damages on the booklet. Third, which is the one I think had the worst damages was my Fallen version. For their pre-order cards, 8 out of 10 of them had some sort of white stuff on them. I tried getting it off but did not want to risk damaging them even more. I tried using their CS talk to get some sort of answer but overall, it wasted my time since they gave me a response only to tell me to send my information, but where, since I have no idea where I could attach a photo of the damages. I tried messaging them where they sent me my order ID and they responded to a question I had which was where I could check my order and if it had been shipped out yet. They then gave me my tracking number and a link where I could sent a video to get a refund. This is where I sent them a message again because it was one of my last resorts to get an answer, but that was 4 days ago. If I could, I'd rate them 0 out of 5 stars. If they see this, I would like to have a 1:1 conversation about this whole ordeal with a real person, not a bot to work things out, but until then, I would not order from them.

Freaking annoyed

I PREORDERED exos and txt latest albums and paid for everything including ems shipping (5-10 days) and yet its been 2 weeks since the albums were released and they are still being prepared, I talked to customers service for 2 hours and they said they are OUT OF STOCK and DONT KNOW WHEN THEY WILL BE BACK IN STOCK

Horrible experience, is this site a scam?

This is my first time ordering albums from this site. I pre-ordered albums back in May, paid for shipping more expensive than the albums combined, but I still haven't received my orders and the tracking number they provided isn't working.

Entry denied in my country

I ordered a package, paid for everything, and it got sent to my country. By the time it arrived in customs, I got a notification saying the package wasn't allowed entry in my country due to lack of information regarding the contents in the package. This is so frustrating because now I've been looking everywhere for a way to contact ktown4u and it's simply not letting me.

Poor customer service

I've just come across ktown4u again after a year and it reminded me of why I stopped buying from them. Up until this day it still pisses me off whenever I think about the lack of help they've given when my albums weren't delivered. It was very confusing how it worked and I kept being passed on between ktown4u and the delivering company (UPS) and I ended up giving up because this went on for months. And that 1:1 service is the most useless thing. Absolutely appalling service to be honest. I will never ever buy from this website again and will spread the word. I'm surprised I didn't write a review before when the wound was fresh.

I ordered a magazine on the 26th of…

I ordered a magazine on the 26th of may. It was AVAILABLE therefore I bought it, paid for it and I got the confirmation email with the payment. 3 days after it said the order was getting ready. Today (31st of may) I got an email saying that I got a refund because the magazine was OUT of stock. Which I don’t understand. WHY let people buy a product when it’s not available? And WHY tell them 5 days later? Do these people not do stock count every day or what? I don’t recommend buying from them

WORST market EVER.

WORST SERVICE EVER.
AND EVEN WORST WHEN THEY DICIDED TO PUT ROBOTS TO ANSWER OUR inquries. They also have several delays. You'd wait for your order 2 or 3 months even if you paid for the DHL /UPS shipment.

Everytime I buy from this store I end up regretting it.
Please, don't buy here. They have 0 interest in help customers,even when they make a mistake.

I keep receiving messages from ktown…

I keep receiving messages from ktown saying your order has been dispatched, I’ve got no account with them and I’m annoyed that they keep sending these messages to me even though I’ve blocked them. I could even access the order info to someone in the midlands. I can’t access the website customer service to get my number removed. It’s annoying!

Terrible Customer Service and Dishonest Business That Lies about Their Inventory

I wish I could give negative star. I placed my first order on the site and I pre-ordered two albums on 11/29/20 (those albums are to release on 11/30 and 12/1, respectively). It's over the normal time frame that I didn't hear anything from the site and I didn't receive anything. I tried to get in touch with customer service a lot of times, but it's impossible. They only have robot customer service, which is a failed technology that could never really answer any questions. Finally, 30 days after my order date, I got the first response from a human representative through email, but to tell me that the poster of one of the albums was out of stock. I was already mad that they lied about their inventory; okay, I accepted that I would have no poster. Then they told me that album was out too and wouldn't be restocked until the end of Jan 2021. I couldn't believe I was this patient to wait. Since I heard nothing from this company again, I shot them an email near the end of Jan to check status. They got back to me early Feb that the other album in my order was out of stock (btw, they might answer your email at least 3, 4 business days later in average or never answer at all). I exploded as that was a limited version album that had been sold out everywhere. Though the order was never shipped, they charged me immediately on 11/29/20. If they held the album for me or they could've tell me that they wouldn't hold it for me, I could ask for a refund and order elsewhere. When I questioned and scolded them through, they tried to cover it up with different lies. I just checked their websites: now everything I ordered in my original order are out of stock on their site, but again I heard nothing from them. They are a dishonest business that lies about their inventory, even S.M. Entertainment released a notice about it. I've had enough and just filed a credit card dispute. This company is insane!

Their Customer Support is basically non-existent. I've spent 2h on their "live chat" getting only one message from the support. Funny enough, they claim that one of the ordered albums is currently out of stock but it is still visible on their website as available in stock.
I'm afraid I cant's recommend them anymore and looks like I'll have to fine a new store to order from.
