It's simply amazing
It's simply amazing! The shipping is incredibly fast and the items come in perfect condition. When ordering posters you also have different options as you can choose a folded one or they can send it to you separately in a tube. I think this is the only online kpop store I can really trust because everything has been perfect so far. The only downside are the expensive shipping prices but I guess the lower item prices make up for it.

Good and reliable
The shipping price is ridiculously expensive. But they have a good costumer 1:1 service and I never had any trouble with my orders os far. They even give you the option to declare however you want the item. Pretty good.

BEST K-POP WEBSITE TO EXIST!!
This is HONESTLY the greatest website to buy k-pop albums.
Why? Well, their albums are CHEAP!!! Their shipping can be a little expensive, but still way cheaper than i would have bought in my own country.
I have in total bought 17 albums from this website and have NEVER been unsatisfied. I even bought two lightsticks and they both came in perfect shape! No other website does this better than Ktown4u

Poor customer service
When they get the order right they are really Good. However if they send out the wrong items they don't seem to care. They have sent me the wrong items twice and their customer service don't care at all. At first they're super friendly but after a while they stop replying to your e-mails. Tried sending them a few bit they just ignored my e-mails.
There's no other way to contact them.
