Reliable place to get K-pop goods but shipping fee is still quite pricey

For those using this website from the EU be careful in regards to possible custom fees. Ktown4u often (almost always) forgets to put the shipping fees you paid on their declaration, thus the custom fees are higher as customs takes a standard shipping rate (and not the amount you really paid) to calculate their fees.

Shipped someone else's order except for one product, how in the world can someone ship a box full of snacks instead of a bunch of CDs is beyond me, and then after ignoring the case for an entire month, they lied claiming the package wasn't theirs when I asked for a refund through PayPal, which speaks a lot about the way they run their business.

I've already ordered a few times from ktown4u's website this year and everything went very well. Despite the Covid-19 situation, the parcels arrived quickly considering they're coming from Korea and I live in Switzerland. It generally took them around 2-3 weeks to get delivered. I had to pay taxes, but I wasn't surprised because it all depends on the accords between the enterprise and your country's customs service. I've received my pre-order gifts (when promised). The albums have always been in good condition and well packaged (with lots of bubble wrap and in an adequate box).
So in my opinion Ktown4U is a trustful site to order albums that will arrive quite quickly and in perfect condition.

I ordered a lightstick a week ago and I didn't expect it to arrive this early since I live in the middle east , it just arrived today at time when I needed it, took exactly 8 days. even tho shipping was a bit expensive but I'm satisfied anyways

I used to use this website a lot, however, shipping to the Netherlands I unexpectedly had to pay 46€ customs for 2 albums. Won't be using them again.

I shop from ktown4u pretty often, they have the best customer service with quick response time even when processing my orders and refund requests. Their prices are fairly low in comparison to competitors, but their shipping prices are off the wall expensive. Despite the expensive shipping, the reliable experience I've had keeps me coming back, I can always be sure to receive my orders within a few days (korea to canada) right after the launch of the albums i preorder.

i recently ordered from ktown4u for the first time and it went well! i’m from canada and i ordered it on a monday night it came on the following wednesday afternoon, so in approximately 2 days it shipped. which is nice since i thought there’d be a delay bc of the pandemic but it was super fast! also the products were all there and in good shape. the only problem i could think of is shipping n customs were pretty expensive, it was about double the price of the albums i ordered, but it is still a reliable place to order from in my opinion if u don’t mind that.

for anyone needing to know where they ship to and through what, you can go to their customers service, and then on the left, look for the 'Notice' button. Then click on the date "2020-02-25", after you click on it, and scroll down a little it states where they ship and who ships!! I hope my bad explanation helps!!

CAN ANYONE PLEASE TELL ME IF THEY SHIP TO PAKISTAN? They say they ship worldwide yet i saw no option of pakistan. Also can anyone help me out in buying albums from south korea directly! Armys i need help desperately. Please contact me if you see this.

This is the worse place to purchase albums from. My items have been "ready to ship" for over a month now and still hasn't shipped and I pre-ordered something over 2 months ago. I tried contacting CS which is completely USELESS. I will NEVER use them again. Maybe if I could actually talk to a human being then maybe my problems would be solved but there's no way to do it. So 1 star. I will be reporting them for fraud and items not received so I can get my money back from my bank since I can't request a refund once the items are "ready to ship". Just another way for them to cheat you.

I recommend using this site I have ordered TWICE and both times has been delivered well packaged within 2-5 days of dispatch that is with UPS Korea - U.K. which is super fast would recommend anyone to give them a try, shipping is expensive but albums are cheap , I am happy to pay for good Customer service and great shipping process

Agreed, Ktown4u is the only place I buy all my kpop stuff from. They ship super quick. They once forgot my pre order penefit card so I emailed them, they got back to me right away and sent a new one out with no problems. I totally recommend them!!

Purchasing was easy, only wish we could see how much the product + shipping was in NZD instead of USD, but shipping is quick. Never had any issues!

I has hesitant to shop from Ktown4u because of the shipping cost but with the current international restrictions I couldn't be too picky. I finally decided to get my item from them after price comparing with every other online shop. Because of customs most products coming out of Korea have been delayed, I expected to wait at lest 2 extra weeks for shipping. They notified right when the item was released to my country & then I got it 2 days later. Faster than any item I've bought from Korea so far. Plus it was perfectly protected.

I buy over 200$ items. They are send me torn poster and damaged albums. i paid for ems shipping too. They're worth kpop shopping site.

They do not answer my emails and their new way for asking for inquiries DOES NOT HELP AT ALL! IF THIS HAPPENS AGAIN I AM NOT GOING TO BUY FROM THIS SHOP EVER AGAIN!

i got everything i ordered but there was a photocard missing , i checked a lot of times but it wasn't there.

When the albums arrived there was an unexpected £20 customs charge. Other websites I have bought kpop albums from haven’t had this problem, so I won’t be using them again.
