Everyone has been so helpful. They helped with the paperwork to make everything go smoothly. The bills are paid on time. I honestly don’t have to do anything. They take care of everything for me every month and if I do have a question they respond back very quickly.

KTS has been a great help in my mom's pooled income trust. Occasionally, there are glitches with uploading bills but for the most part all the issues get resolved. KTS gives peace of mind that my mom's bill will be handled in a timely manner and alleviates the pressure of having all the bills paid on time.

KTS has been a great resource for our family as we work through an older relative’s serious health situation, and the community Medicaid process. All trust payments are processed promptly, and their communication is excellent. We long ago switched from a different trust provider to KTS, because the other provider simply could not deliver. KTS has exceeded our expectations. If you are dealing with subpar service at a different provider, you need to switch to KTS. You will be amazed at the level of service KTS provides.
