I have always used Kudos Showers and there are not many British Companies, who pride themselves in the products and their service they provide....
If only we had more UK manufacturing Companies like this......

Customer services exceptionally helpful, detailed explanations of the product etc. Product itself (shower screen and deflector) excellent quality, and look amazing. We did need to ask for a further part (our shower area was an odd size etc) and Michael in customer services was brilliant, with item dispatched immediately and arrived within a couple of days. Would thoroughly recommend this company and the product.

I have had a Kudos shower enclosure for over ten years and have always been very happy with it's design, looks and quality.
On the odd occasion that I need to carry out any maintenance on it the spares are always readily available from Kudos.
I recently needed to replace the seals and a sliding door roller assembly. I rang Kudos and a lady by the name of Anne Kelly talked me through how to order the spares on line. She also offered to send me instructions on how to rectify a small problem on the door.
I complimented Anne on her wonderful product knowledge and helpfulness.

Excellent customer service with speedy response and delivery of spare part.

We recently installed a Kudos shower enclosure—beautiful design and excellent quality. The toughened glass feels sturdy, the sliding door moves smoothly, and the glass dries quickly, making it easy to keep clean. Great customer service—we called with questions about parts or fittings, they were helpful and responsive. We would definitely recommend Kudos Showers.

I had very little knowledge of the shower we had but after talking to Lindsey from sales asking for a photo and sent me a link it was very easy to reorder. I was very grateful for her help and I felts valued as a customer

We needed replacement seals for our shower door & Frame, but we had not lived here long, so had little information of what ones we needed apart from it was Kudos. I contacted customer services and spoke to a lady called Lindsey, who was SO helpful and knowledgeable, by asking me to describe the door, she was able to send me a link to order the parts I needed. And we learned the unit was 20 years old.! Very impressed Thankyou Kudos & Lindsey

Fantastic support from Kudos. They guided me through the fitting new seals on my shower enclosure and quickly replaced one of the seals which had caused me problems.

Very impressed and would recommend them.

I was looking for a replacement seal for my shower door on the internet which was not as straightforward as I'd expected. This is because there was a variety of designs with a wide price range. I then decided to look at the Kudos webpage, where I quickly found the part that I needed. The part was competitively priced and arrived within two days of ordering. The seal did not need to be cut to length and fitted perfectly.

Emailed Kudos and was unsure that the part that I required was available as a spare part but Michael got back to me the next working day and arranged for the part to be posted to me which arrived the next day. Excellent service

My call was answered almost immediately ! Very polite and professional ! Once I had explained my problem they explained what I had to do ! On receipt of the pictures of part I needed replacing I received an email fully explaining next step ! Awaiting part !

I have previously ordered from Kudos Showers, have always had excellent service via telephone or email inquiries. Lindsey very kindly emailed me back with a link to make it easier for me to place my exact order.

Excellent service received from Becky Allen, I had an issue with a product item from a different supplier, to then find out that Kudos were in the process of manufacturing the same style product, I contacted Kudos for some guidance to see if their product would fit the shower tray we had already installed as it was for a pentangle shape enclosure. Becky confirmed their product was in the process of manufacturing and would be available soon, but no instructions available at that point. I waiting a couple of weeks and then I received an email from Becky sending over the instructions, I hadn't even prompted the response so she had me on a list of follow ups and sent them as soon as they came available which I was really impressed with.

I then asked if their Pentangle Enclosure would fit the shower tray from a different supplier that we had already installed and Becky confirmed that yes the enclosure would work. I met with my clients this morning and gave them this alternative option and they were very pleased with the solution and agreed to proceed which means I can now finish the job with assurance.

I have since processed my order with my distributor, and Becky has even come back to me and confirmed that Kudos has received the order.

Becky you are a great asset to Kudos delivering the customer service that is so important and greatly appreciated.

Contacted the customer services team for advice regarding ordering a replacement part and received great service from Michael who was knowledgeable and very helpful. Although there was an issue with one of the replacement parts on speaking to Lyndsey in customer services she very helpfully arranged for speedy delivery of parts needed. Both Michael and Lyndsey offered the best customer service we’ve received in a very long time would definitely use Kudos again.

Purchased our Kudos shower in 2007, it was an investment piece & still looks as good as it did then apart from the chrome paint peeling from the waste which as it is under a chrome cover you can't see it but was becoming worse. I tried to source a replacement online but could only find white plastic waste replacements. The business that supplied the shower is no longer in operation so I contacted Kudos, I received a reply the next day requesting photos then the next day I was advised that they had located a spare part & would send it to me. I was delighted with the swift response and so grateful that I could keep the good look of my shower. The service received was exceptional!

Our sliding door shower has been totally reliable for 18 years only needing a new runner wheel last week.
Brilliant customer support helped me order the part needed which arrived 2 days later.
The shower is now like new again !

I have owned a Kudos shower screen since 2013 and I needed a replacement seal for the base of the glass. I was initially unable to find the correct seal on the web site and sent a request for advice on Sunday and I received a really helpful responce on Monday morning - rapid! After sending the request I actually found the correct seal and ordered a replacement on Sunday and received it on Tuesday - again rapid.

The customer service is superb

Have had an Original Classic pivot shower door for several years and needed to replace vertical door seal. Kudos customer services team could not have been more helpful in advising on procedure to accomplish this with little effort.
