Kudos Showers were absolutely brilliant dealing with my questions and order. Anne was so swift in getting back to me and responding to the photos of our shower cubicle. Kudos were able to identify the model from several years ago and point me to the correct replacement parts.

We had very helpful advice from Kevin on the phone , and then a service call out from Tony. He solved our seal problem and answered a couple of queries about cleaning the glass, Kudos is always very professional and helpful.

Never had anything but a great experience with this company I bought my shower screen 4 years ago it's still looks brand new and I've only had to buy a replacement seal once which was a really reasonable price. The customer service is excellent they responded to my query also immediately I would 100% recommend them.

Kudos product bought 2 months ago was faulty. Contacted Customer Service who responded within 24 hours offering a replacement.
Excellent customer service with no hassle.

Anne was very helpful. I was uncertain as to which part I required I sent in a photo and got back a link to the item. In the email it also included a guide to fit the patches which were very easy to understand. It gave us confidence to do the repair ourselves without having to find a plumber. Would highly recommend Kudos Customer Service.

Recently, whilst trying to clean the shower outlet on our Kudos shower tray we discovered that the installer had failed to leave a small plastic tool to enable us to do it. We e-mailed Kudos customer services and Emily got back to us, asked for photos to ascertain what type of outlet we had, and promptly posted out, free of charge the part we needed.

I originally purchased a Kudo shower tray & cubicle in 2005. This product quality & design was excellent. The aftersales support was also first class!
We specified Kudos trays & cubicles for our self build & have been very pleased. We experienced an issue due to incorrect installation by our installer. Kudos identified the issue and supplied replacement seals free of charge, along with installation guidance. Superb service for near on 20 years from this UK owned with UK manufacturing Company. Thank you!

Customer called me after his shower door runner failed.
Its quite usual for shower screens to have no clear manufacturer name on them.
It was easy to identify the screen on the Kudos spares page, i was very impressed with the number of spares available and their very reasonable cost.
I ordered top and bottom door runners and a full set of seals which turned up within 2 days.

Needed spare parts for a shower door which had failed just before Xmas. Unfortunately like most companies Kudos shut down for about 2 weeks for their annual holidays however once re-opened their response to my query was extremely speedy. Ordered parts online thanks to a link they sent and everything arrived within a couple of days.

It’s very rare to have a company respond so positively when a contractor loses pieces of trim.Contacted the sales team who responded quickly and then popped the missing pieces in the post.first class services ce and lovely shower

Can’t fault their customer service. Item despatched within 24hrs due for delivery by DPD. I inadvertently put the wrong postcode on the order. Spoke with Ann at customer service who liaised with DPD to correct the matter. Nothin was too much trouble.

When you buy such a large shower screen (1500mm x1250mm), you expect that the 3rd shower screen would fold in neatly to form a shower cubicle over the bath. I even got a retailer to ask the Kudos manufacturers who confirmed back to them this was possible. But alas no! When you turn the 3rd screen in, you have a 15mm gap from top to bottom between screens 2 and 3 with no seal and so a soaking bathroom floor. The gap in the seal between screens 2 and 3 sitting on the bath edge when closed also leads to water escape on to the floor. This Kudos Inspire 3 Panel In Fold shower screen is an extremely disappointing purchase but now that it’s up and I paid a plumber to install it, I am seriously inconvenienced and out of pocket so buyer beware! Once bought and installed I realised the third screen could not fold in to make a cubicle but if a member of your staff had known their products and had advised me of this, I would not have bought this shower screen in the first place. A bit of product training wouldn’t go amiss!

We had a Kudos shower installed in 2020 - chosen because of the style and British made - and were extremely pleased with the service we received. When our local plumbing store failed to deliver all of the parts and kept prevaricating for weeks. I phone Kudos and the problem was solved in two days. When we revamped the next bathroom we automatically decided to have a Kudos shower and like the non- slip tray. Again, when the bottom seal failed, their service was fantastic - prompt and professional. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent customer service. Anne dealt with my query and found a solution very quickly, keeping me informed by email as the solution to my problem was actioned.
