I have never been this disappointed by an online purchase.
I spent months saving money for this scooter. I sold personal belongings, made sacrifices, and carefully researched every possible model before finally deciding to order directly from the OFFICIAL KuKirin website because I believed it would be the safest and most trustworthy place to buy.
That was my biggest mistake.
Only AFTER my payment was accepted did I receive an email telling me that the scooter was actually out of stock and that I would have to wait for a future restock before my order could even be shipped.
This information should have been clearly displayed BEFORE taking customers’ money.
Buying from an official website should give customers confidence, not anxiety. Instead of being excited about finally receiving my dream scooter, I have spent days worrying, sending emails, waiting for answers, and wondering if I will receive my order in a few days, a few weeks, or even longer.
The worst part is the uncertainty. When you pay this amount of money, you deserve honest information and a clear shipping estimate, not surprises after checkout.
For this company it may be just another order.
For me it was months of hard work, savings, and excitement that quickly turned into frustration and disappointment.
I truly hope this situation gets resolved because no customer deserves to experience this after choosing to buy from the official store.
At this moment, based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering directly from this website.

Strange that the 5-star and 4-star reviews go to one website and 3-2-1 link to another review site. Ordering and receiving was ok, but customer support - unbelievable. Buy a steering damper (because you need one after your first fall) and notice there is no limitation described to specific models. It comes unbranded and does not fit. And support says they don't even have the kit :o
Did I mention that your own discount codes only work sometimes?

G2 master
I ordered g2 master. First time they send it and it was stuck in germany so i contacted their customer service and they told me everything is fine, day after that they have been told me that shippmet was returned to them due logistics anomaly. However they sent it after that and i recived it in 4 working days how i ve been told. Im riding it for a week now and it’s been great.

Late Delivery
I ordered on 29 June, a crossbeam for my g2 master, from tuesday, the status is awaiting shipment, today i received an email that my order had been partially shipped, only the Shipping Protection was shipped like what?? And my Main Beam is still awaiting shipment I don’t know if it will come next week or 2 months, or never…. my order number it’s FF00989444, if you see this please say if it’s in stock or not, and if is not i will request a refund.
Update: They said to me its not in stock at the moment and i have to wait 3 weeks… so in total 5 weeks of wait for a part…

Update for anyone waiting for a KuKirin G4:
The KuKirin G4 was out of stock for a while, but it came back in stock yesterday. My order has now been shipped, and I already received a UPS tracking number from the Poland warehouse. I’ll post another update when the scooter arrives and let everyone know how long the delivery took and what my first impressions are.
