Parcel was delivered by Evri to my stair door outside in the street, photo was at stair door and it was stolen, Kurt Geiger however said that the parcel was delivered correctly in accordance with Evri delivery procedures even though Evri said that the delivery did fall short of their expected procedures. Won’t be shopping with Kurt Geiger again. 😡

A very disappointing in-store experience
I recently visited the Kurt Geiger store to exchange a gift, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. I was in the store for about half an hour, looking around and clearly needing assistance, yet not a single staff member approached me. There were two sales associates present one younger and one older and neither of them asked if I needed help or even acknowledged me.
What made the situation even worse was that there was another customer in the store who was making a purchase. The staff were extremely attentive to her smiling, chatting, and being very friendly. Meanwhile, they didn’t even look at me. The contrast in treatment was quite shocking and made me feel completely ignored.
When I finally approached them and explained that I needed to exchange a gift, the only response I received was, “We don’t do refunds, we only do exchanges.” There was no effort to help me find something suitable, no suggestion of alternatives, and no friendliness at all. I still couldn’t find anything I wanted, and they didn’t offer a gift card or any solution until I specifically asked for a gift voucher myself. The response was simply, “OK,” given with no conversation, no smile, and an overall feisty and rude attitude.
Overall, the visit felt cold, unwelcoming, and unprofessional. For a brand like Kurt Geiger, I expected much better service. I walked out feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I hope the store improves its customer care going forward.

So disappointed in the customer service provided by what I thought was a luxury brand. Online order got lost with courier - despite numerous attempts to get an update I only got one returned message saying they would look into it before an automated email over a week later saying I would get a refund. No conversation, no option given to have the order replaced. What a shame the service lets down the brand

I ordered Christmas presents from Kurt Geiger on 2/12/25, which were passed to Evri for delivery shortly afterwards.
Evri's tracking says that they were out for delivery on 6/12/25, but then updated that to say that they couldn't deliver on that date, but would on the next working day (which would have been 8/12/25).
So far, Evri's status has not been updated, and Kurt Geiger's Customer Service has not responded to my Query from 9/12/25 - which, they said, would be actioned within 48 hours.
I want an update to this order now!

The worst customer experience and service.
Order placed on the 27th Nov and still nothing 15 days later. It took Kurt Geiger 5 days to respond to my complaint in which they didn’t answer my question and just stipulated it would take up to 28 days to receive a refund. So from point of purchase they suggest up to 43 days before making right.
Bottom line-
Poor customer service, poor delivery service, poor refund process, poor to contact.

I placed an order nearly two weeks ago and it’s still showing as “processing.” The lack of updates and slow customer service has been really disappointing, especially for a high-end brand. Unfortunately, this experience has put me off purchasing directly from them again.

Please avoid at all costs.. one order lost, a refund issued with no offer to send a replacement. So now I have ordered a new product (order 253023004) and this is now stuck at processing with no signs of delivery and no status updates.
The worst service from such a big brand, and the reviews all say the same thing recently... AVOID!!!

TERRIBLE COMPANY, Please dont buy unless you want to lose your money and product, they neve deliver your package and customer service os jsut awful, they wont pick your call, live chat is a bluff, when i try live chat it says out of working hours however i contact within stated time period, so i lost my money and stuff, will escalate matter to consumer protection authorities, and their robotic reply that tis delivered however i have clearly shwon proof that its not my door, courier has randomly dropped it, still they arent helping out

My items should have been delivered four days ago, but following the initial order confirmation email all I have received from this company are promotional emails. I have reached out repeatedly for customer support (AI followed by a promise of contact) but nothing has been solved. I have no idea if I am getting these items, no idea why my account keeps getting credited then debited again and no idea why I bothered in the first place. These items aren’t cheap, and this service is appalling, do not shop online with this company. Seriously. I know it’s December but I have received better levels of service from Temu.

I placed my order on November 27 and as of December 8, I’ve received no updates beyond the initial confirmation email. I reached out to ask for the status of my order and was only given an automated response saying it has been “ready to ship” since December 2. No real confirmation, no tracking, no human communication. If their processing time is two weeks or longer, that should be clearly stated upfront. The lack of clear communication is disappointing, and based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend ordering unless you’re prepared for a long wait.

There are obvious and repetitive issues with KG boots. They seem to fall apart around the year mark, or just over. This is the 2nd pair, the 1st pair was the glue holding the top back heel coming apart, and the 2nd one currently is a crack from one side to the other across the thick sole.
I bought a 3rd pair of KG boots in the sale last week, so I potentially have a 3rd problem that will become apparent in a year. I have to wait to see the manager and see what she says as it may be outside the warranty. I can't afford to pay up to £179 for footwear that self destructs in just over a year

I bought a sandal which peeled the very week I wore it on holiday. After wearing it twice on holiday, It's all reaped by the buckles and soul is still intact. It has become unwearable and very bad material. Complete waste of money, it should be off the shelf. I wish I could upload the pictures. The same complaint in most reviews about material quality

DO NOT buy from Kurt Geiger website. Find your product on Vinted instead. At least you are going to receive your product. I've made a purchase on the 18th of November and I was supposed to receive it (according to them) on the 24th of November. It's the 4th of December and still nothing. I've been in contact with customer service since the 25th of November and apparently the "responsible" team still hasn't figured out why my package is still being processed. I've had to open a claim on Paypal to try to get my money back somehow. Definitely a ridiculously bad experience and will never buy from their website ever again.
