I placed my order on 12/18 , paid for expedited shipping yet it still hasn’t been delivered today 12/26 which is after the holiday.
I’ve reached out to customer service numerous times via the chat “live chat” that doesn’t have a single live rep, the phone that directs your to the live chat , the email which responds with canned replies and no resolutions and instagram. None of these avenues have a single helpful person.

Truly awful. My order (GE10779676737NL), which was purchased as a gift with guaranteed delivery before December 23, was lost in transit. Even with no tracking update for weeks, they refuse to do anything about it.
This was a Christmas gift, and it's now December 26th. Despite repeatedly trying to contact, they refuse to respond or accept responsibility. I requested a refund because they failed to deliver and it's now too late - there will be nobody at the address to receive it even if they reship the item.
Despite repeated attempts to resolve directly, they have ignored me. I will be forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
AVOID THIS BRAND AT ALL COSTS. Their customer service is beyond awful.

Evri has delivered my parcel and left it yo an unsafe place and my parcel either for stolen or Evri stole it after taking the photo. I got in touch with KG via email they said if was my responsibility to choice not to leave it outside my building. I believe this is not true because If I choose the option Evri to leave my parcel outside then it’s my responsibility nut I didn’t. They didn’t help me. kG customer support department never answer their phone
I would not order from them again as they don’t choose the right delivery method to deliver the product. Also they now make me pay for the products that I have not received and if was stolen

SCAM ALERT: Ordered products on Dec 21st, website stated if ordered by 11:59pm, it would make it by Christmas. I order at 6:30pm on Dec21st. I even paid the extra money for 2 day shipping. Package didn't ship till Dec 23rd. It isn't set to arrive until Dec 29th maybe! Ruined my Christmas present for my daughter. Very upsetting to say the least. DO NOT count on their website for accuracy and DO NOT pay the extra for shipping, its a scam.

Ordered bag/shoes on Friday before 3 pm, paid for 2-day delivery. It has been 5 days; no discharge email has been sent. No tracking available. AI Chat Bot is useless. I came into Kurt Geiger bluewater on 21st of December 2025, I wanted to buy the crystals chains sandals in the heels design but they don't have my size and I asked for the gold one in the flat design in my size and the staff went to bring it and I tried on, but because I have already bought the black one when it was reduced to £99, l held on to the
sandals to give to the staff that gave me, also at the same time looking for a bag to buy and a choppy lady at the till was looking at me and started gossiping about me to the other staffs and pointing at me, u can check this on your camera, I went to her and told her that the last time l bought something from ur branch, l spent £150,which is not a small amount, it's not one pence that I am spending, which every little pence count.
There bad behaviour to me on Sunday 21st of December 2025, make me to go to Oxford Street branch to purchase the sandals today 23rd December 2025.
My house is only 7mins to Bluewater branch. Bluewater is my nearest shop, but the staffs in the shop on Sunday are not professional at all.
I normally go to the branch pick up and leave.
The service on Sunday is CAPITAL ZERO.
I will not recommend the branch to anybody to go.
Using eyes to follow me up and down and also gossiping to the other staffs, you can confirm this by checking your CCVC. Talking to other staffs as if l want to run away with the shoes and they were using eyes to follow me, what a disgrace staffs, l am paying full for my shoes with bag etc, they get on discount.
I worked for my money to make me look good, not untrained staffs behaving badly to someone bringing money to the business.,they better stop it, if not I will exposed them on social media about the branch.

A place to order for two items on December 11, 2025. It said it takes 24 to 48 hours to receive a tracking number. Today is the day before Christmas Eve and I still not received a tracking number. I did not receive my order. I cannot speak to nobody because the phone has a recording that you can’t speak to nobody. I get the same email over and over. The email says it takes 2 to 3 business days for somebody to reply to you. This order was a Christmas gift for my daughter and now tomorrow’s Christmas Eve. I don’t have my orders. I don’t even have my money back. I feel like it’s a scam and I’m getting my lawyer involved already. And this is coming from the US store.

I ordered from Kurt Geiger 4 weeks ago and my parcel has still not arrived for Christmas. I have contacted customer services multiple times and have received no clear reply whatsoever only we will get back to you. No update, no explanation, no accountability.
Taking payment and then completely ignoring customers is unacceptable for a brand of this size. This experience has destroyed any trust I had in Kurt Geiger. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.

I made a big mistake of my life, wasted my money on Kurt Geiger boot! Kate Geiger may have a big name but cheap quality. I ordered a leather boot and it turned out a plastic, made in china cheap shit! and unfortunately terrible customer service, cheap attitude, for returning and refund they hang themselves to return your money! It took them two months to receive the boots, from Canada to Ohio! And get back to me with at least $40 less than what i have paid them, justifying none-sense breakdown on the amount that none was valid. I wrote them back and forth and it did not really make any difference! They have rude and unreachable customer service. This brand is a desaster don’t waste your money and time

I ordered shoes Nov 28th. Still no sign and courier saying it’s in parcel center from Dec 5th then Dec 15th said it’s in Irish centre but not moving.
Customer service is appalling just been given the run around… really cross as they were meant to be a present for someone. Now have to buy something else. Really really really disappointed and can’t even cancel my order

Order a bag and 10 day later it had still not arrived, the Evri track simply said it was delayed, after checking multiple times, waiting for messages to respond it turned out the bag was returned. What is simply unacceptable was firstly choosing such a poor courier, secondly no attempt was made to fix the problem, a simple refund was actioned. I didn’t want my money, I wanted the bag I ordered, I will not be buying or should I say attempt at buying from Kurt Geiger again.
