This is an efficient, courteous, no-nonsense company with very good communication skills, from initial contact for a quote to finishing the removal. The guys called ahead of time, they showed up when they said, they hauled out my stuff and respected my requests to not make a mess. A few hours later, I got a follow-up call from the boss to make sure everything went smoothly. Nice touch. Highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant. Lovely pair of guys. They worked their socks off, straight through, and I could not believe how quick they were (and the amount that they managed to shift!). Bundle that up with the right level of charm and humour, then round it off with tidying up after themselves....I really couldn't have asked for more.

Your guys came pretty badly equipped for the job. They knew they had to get the coal out of the bin before they could load the bin onto their lorry - but came with no shovels to deal with the coal and, worse, put the coal into bags which had holes in - so the coal all fell out when they picked the bags up! This made them seem pretty ham-fisted. Luckily the job did not take over the half hour time limit - but it could have taken no more than ten minutes. Had it taken over half an hour I would not have paid the extra. Apart from that, they were nice, friendly guys.

Done as promised ... at the end of the day made an order and it's been dealt with first thing in the morning! Thank you! Recommended!

I have used Kwik Sweep on a number of occasions for bulky waste disposal and I would always recommend them. I've had different team members each time. This time it was Rui and James who were prompt, polite and worked really quickly. Price reasonable as I didn't have a lot of stuff but had a heavy item I was unable to move myself and council couldn't collect. Will definitely use Kwik Sweep again.
