2-3 days has turned into 13 days in…

2-3 days has turned into 13 days in counting.... No response from customer service for 3 days. But they have never failed to send promotional emails. I'm just so disappointed because I heard good things but guess it's bs, I don't know what kind of scam is being operated but I want my money back.

Giving my honest review after few months of purchase.( updated review)

When I received the hair, I thought it was perfect. I ordered a straight ombré wig. I was sent a black one. I thought having another black wig shouldn’t be an issue, little did I know that the hair itself is bad.
After the first wear, the straight hair tangled up, tracks were very visible and the hair was so thin.

Their wigs are honestly not worth the price.it is better to order cheap hair online and be at peace knowing you get what you paid for.

For context, I bought the yara closure wig and it looked nothing like what I received. I was deceived by the first look
The wig cost me £258 in total.

Hopeless store

The most hopeless online store I have come across. It's been over a month and my order has still not been dispatched. I have sent several message and the issue remains unresolved.

My wig arrived today,however it much darker then on model photos, it fit super weird . Quality not great, you can get same wig in dress up shop for much cheaper! When I try to process RETURN,there is no return or exchange policy.
Not recommend at all!!!

Most amazing people very kind such a beautiful wig

I want to say how greatful I am to this amazing company! I have recently had surgery and have lost alot of my hair. Being on very low income I couldn't afford a wig. I sent a e mail to this company explaining my story and they sent me a beautiful wig free of charge. I couldn't believe how kind hearted they were towards me. And the wig is just want I needed to feel confident again and feel more like myself again after losing my hair. The wig was beautiful natural colour almost the same as my hair and feels amazing such a great fit. I can't thank you enough for this. Will always remember this. ❤️🥰

I am giving 4 star for the wig itself

I am giving 4 star for the wig itself, I ordered the iskaba in honey brown. The wig isn't lace but I think compared to other wigs I've had, it's a higher quality, especially for the price and I actually love it.
I was concerned over the no refund policy, after I tried to cancel my order within 11 hours and was told their isn't a refund policy, but they'd be happy to exchange. So make sure 100% that you want a wig, if you do you'll be fine.
I also emailed La bello with my concerns and they replied very quickly and said they'd take my comments on board, here's hoping they do.

DO NOT ORDER!!!! I placed an order for extensions and changed my mind instantly so I contacted them immediately after… within 1 minute to be exact. They respond back and say that it has been processed and shipped already and I can’t get a refund. The website clearly says if you contact within 12 hours of purchase, it’s a guarantee refund. My tracking order ALSO says it has not been processed or delivered. I’m furious. Do not order from here
