Love the wig but delivery took two weeks when I paid for express, to get it for a certain date. Customer service were very long to contact and didn’t refund the delivery I paid despite the time frame.

Hair not as pictured.

I’ve ordered from this company many times and for a few years. However, this most recent purchase was not as described or pictures. The pony was a lot shorter and it was misleading. Please picture things as they look in real life like you have with other items I bought.

I like that I have not have any…

I like that I have not have any problems with delivery with this company, what I dislike is the false representation of the colour and quality of some wigs. When inform customer service they were not very helpful by saying the wigs are made to order... So was not very happy about that. No refund or exchanged offered.

Outstanding Service!

Fantastic customer service. I made an error with delivery and the team quickly rectified the situation and I received my order in very quick time. Will definitely use this company again and the wig is stunning excellent quality looks so real and superb value for money!!! Thanks again. Kate

I ordered a wig from this company In…

I ordered a wig from this company In Dec 22 just few days before xmas when it arrived the quality was very poor quality and hair from wig missing . I instantly made contact with the company to explain and showed pictures , and returned the wig first week in January.
I've been waiting over a month for refund or exchange, and have contacted then via email numerous times. First they claimed they had not received return and secondly they promised to send out new wig when I stated I've returned etc.

Still nothing has been resolved and still I have continued to email. They have apologised and said they will send new wig and tracking number.
However, they have not done so, they are a very dishonest and unprofessional business that seems to thrive off scaming customers as I can see from other reviews.

I only wish I had seen reviews before purchasing from this company. I will continue to get my money reimbursed by report the company to trading standards and take any other legal steps need

The Worst Company - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I have been in dispute with this company since I ordered on the 26th of January. I still have not received my order that I paid express delivery for. The communication with the company is absolutely terrible, they have no idea about customer service or their legal obligation to their customers. After ignoring my emails, they finally responded today telling me to wait until the order arrives and then I can send it back and get a refund. This is after countless emails stating that I needed it by a specific date, then when it didn't arrive I requested a cancellation of the order which went ignored. I have written to them formally stating that they have 14 days to issue a refund. Legally I am entitled to a refund now. Though a hassle, the legal route will ensure I get my money back as well as any damages and/or losses that have occurred as a result of the unfulfilment of the contract, plus legal costs. I encourage everyone who's in a similar situation to pursue a refund as you have a legal right to do so under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, they have not fulfilled their contract to provide the goods within 2-5 working days as stated in their delivery policy on their website. You can do it yourself or hire a solicitor and claim the costs. Also report to trading standards, so they're aware of this unscrupulous, scamming company. People take heed of these comments and ratings of the company. There are so many other places you can buy your wigs from - don't give yourself unnecessary disappointment, hassle and aggravation by purchasing from this joke of a company.

La'Bello have posted on this forum to apologise and offer 40% off my next order, I've not received email correspondence about this issue and all I want is a full refund which includes the money paid for customisation for a product that I didn't receive. Considering I am responded to on this forum, La'Bello please see below:
I had two transactions one for the wig and one for the customisation of the wig, please check the information. I have emailed about this, the latest email would've been on the 7th of March. Methods of payment for both transactions were via Klarna. You have cancelled and refunded the transaction for the wig on the 1st of March. However, I am still waiting for you to cancel and refund the money paid for the customisation of the wig that I did not receive. I don't understand how they were not both cancelled at the same time.

Rubbish

I have ordered a headband wig and I payed an extra £5 for next day delivery and it has been 5 days and still no wig even though the money has been taken out of my account.
The contact is also very poor and I asked to track my order and still no reply.

Do not buy from this company!! Wig looks so fake , had to throw it in the bin…

This is the second time I bought a wig from this company and it looks so fake , I've thrown it in the bin.

DO NOT ORDER

DO NOT ORDER, took over delivery time for me to receive them and when I did they were completely wrong colour after me asking for a colour match so I emailed and asked could I exchange them they weren’t worn or even uncliped, got a response from customer service saying no no help could be given to me and I have to keep them unfortunately. So now left with crappy extensions that don’t match and I’m out £50😡 not a good company

Avoid.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. A terrible buying experience which has yet to be resolved. Wig ordered on the 25th of Jan and I paid for express delivery; standard delivery time quoted was 2-8 days. The company were in frequent contact with me up until money was paid - they were answering questions I had about the wig and the additional service to have it bleached and plucked. I paid for the additional service the day after the purchase of the wig. I am still awaiting delivery!! There has been zero response to my numerous emails about what’s happening, queries about the delivery. I paid by Klarna and Labello marked the item as dispatched in order to claim the payment. I find this all so underhand and incredibly unprofessional. I would like this company, as I have already requested via email, to cancel the order so my money can be returned by Klarna.
With all the wig companies out there now, I would most definitely avoid this one.
