Avoid Ladbrokes. They are currently refusing to honor a targeted promotion they sent to my inbox. I received a specific offer for 150 free spins if I deposited and wagered £10. After fulfilling the requirements, they refused to credit the spins. claimed that because a previous system error had "accidentally" given me a bonus earlier, we were now "even" and they wouldn't honor the new contract. A company’s technical mistake does not give them the right to ignore a separate, valid invitation. To make it worse, they have sent me TWO more "Deposit £10" offers while this dispute is ongoing. They are happy to take your money but will use any excuse—including their own technical incompetence—to avoid paying out rewards. Case now with IBAS and reported to the Gambling Commission.IBAS reference 106728. Since my email demading a 48 hour time limit on a deadlock letter was ignored.

Signed up with ladbrokes today they were offering 66/1 for new customers for harry kane to have a shot on target in the psg bayern semi final ucl you could only bet a£1.

Kane scored a penalty so had achieved the shot on target so i expected a £66 return i didn't get that they only paid £1.50 corrupt organisation

I am a genuine user of the platform and this is my genuine review of my own personal experience on it !

Used to be a good site, but recently changed their reward programme, and on the wheel, there is a no win and other, you need 3000 ladbuck to get free spins now, Nine days in a row, it has landed on NO win, so get 10 ladbuck tokens, no chance of getting to 3,000 at this rate, absolutely shocking and customer service is no help.

They devalued ladbucks by 900% !! Thieves and con merchants. Do not use.

If I could give zero I would. your tables ain’t even correct for football, when you look at the teams you have a choice to view the table highlighted in blue the only correct out of the 4 leagues in England the premier league is correct, I shouldn’t have to individually go into each team to check the correct table or bbc sport and back. Registered, deposited £20, used some free bets. Won, tried to withdraw £20, account then stopped... Sent email after email, IDs after IDs, absolute thieves. They took of my card but wouldn't return to the same card. Most online Bookies are bad, but these are the worse I have experience.

After being with Ladbrokes for 12 years they have now decided I'm a "Security risk". This was straight after I tried to withdraw my winnings. Strange how I'm only a "Security risk" when trying to withdraw winnings. I'm fine when depositing money! So after 12 years they have closed my account and stolen my winnings. Scam company.

Ladbrokes machine underpaid my each way win. Golfer placed in major at 20/1 with 1/4 odds on the slip. €10 bet, so I should have received €50 plus bet = €60. Ladbrokes machine calculated win at €42.50. Money wise, it was not worth going back to the shop to dispute. Percentage wise, its a massive write down. Pretty shady

Tried placing a bet in their shop on middle Abbey Street, asked the guy for a price he said he couldn't do it and suggested i use a machine that was limiting the amount i could put on to a pathetic amount of money, I walked out and I'll never go back again, ladbrokes are done. the bet was a winner.

Bonuses and incentives are poor. The Ladbucks promo has recently been nerfed beyond belief. The number of free slots contests has been reduced, this reduces the opportunities to win and has also caused each contest to have significantly more payers which further reduces the chances of a win since the reward pool is fixed; additionally the brackets for winners and the amounts of winnings have also been reduced, so overall the potential chances of a win are significantly lower. They also use the worst slots on the site for most of these contests, for example using collector-based slots for a contest with a fixed 30 spins, giving a minimal chance to reach a decent score.

The live contests aren't the greatest either - Ladbrokes live games are provided by Playtech and some of their practices, particularly on wheel games, make me genuinely wonder how they have ever been licenced to operate in the UK. For example half-spinning the wheel so that certain segments simply never reach the flapper. It should not be legal to take bets on outcomes which are literally impossible to achieve, not least because this reduces the overall odds on specific outcomes across multiple spins.

I use Ladbrokes primarily for sports betting, where they do OK. Just OK; they don't have the best odds but they aren't the worst either and I've never had problems with rejected bets, payout problems or issues with customer support, they've all been fine in my experience.

I do feel that they're riding their position as one of the best known names on the high street in the UK a bit hard though - gambling is a hugely competitive marketplace these days and foolish decisions like slashing the rewards provided from Ladbucks will encourage people to look elsewhere.

Ladbrokes free promotions are boring, never get placed on any leaderboard and Ladbucks is ridiculous as you need Thousands for 3 dead capped spins to get a pop up stating unlucky you didn't win or 4p or something.
Gameplay when you deposit on whatever game or whatever stake is just dead spin after dead spin with no features or scatters.
If you was lucky enough to get a feature it's very capped and your winnings are appallingly very low peanuts, making it it so dreary and boring.
Ladbrokes i'd rate out of 10 for an online Casino about half a point.
