Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I did not receive my item. Royal Mail tracking system showed GPS signal in my area but the so called proof of delivery photo was just a blur. La de da basically called me a liar. Item was ordered via notonthehighstreet who did arrange my refund, their representative told me they receive around five calls a day about this problem with La De Da and Royal Mail. I ordered my item from another company on Etsy, great service. I will never order from La De Da again, no matter how nice they think their products are. Shocking service and rude emails.

I have used this company a few times and been very happy, but on this occasion I was very disappointed.
I ordered a dessert spoon with a 70th engraving. The spoon was plain without any decorative features and although there was a hall mark it was clearly cheap. I spoke to the company who were uninterested — I will not be using them again.

Just purchased my second Pebble People Picture and once again delighted with it. The orders both arrived quickly and well packaged to avoid any damage. The pictures themselves were beautiful and both recipients were very happy with their gifts at Christmas and on their Special Birthday. Sure I will buy again from them in the future.

Good customer care from Ladeda. Courier let Ladeda down and parcel never got delivered however dealt with promptly and item arrived. Family love it

This is a lovely product that my partner enjoyed receiving a lot on Valentine's Day. My only issue with it was that the adhesive supplied was basically useless to hold the chocolate bars in place. I ended up using doubled up sticky tape but this wasn't great either and spoilt the presentation a bit. Would also be nice to print the name of the chocolate bar in the space provided for when the chocolate is eaten - so it's still a nice memento. However despite all of that my partner was very happy with his gift. Many thanks for your great creative ideas
