Very disappointed that the pebble plaque that I purchased for a man had a pebble that looked like a pregnant woman!
The company director was not in the least bit interested in correcting this.
Hasn't even bothered to reply to telephone message or email

Real shame that the vital text about a gift I bought recently was a scroll down a page. This meant my lovely sister received a sheet of cardboard with printing on - meaningless as I had not realised the chocolate bars corresponding to the wording on the cardboard were not included (I had assumed so for the price of the item!). As I live in another country, I had wanted a completed gift to be sent directly to her. Sadly no refund or credit to send her another gift, disappointing.

Super efficient service. I had very specific requirements for my Dads 90th birthday and Dom called me to make sure the team really understood what I wanted.
