Super efficient service
Super efficient service. I had very specific requirements for my Dads 90th birthday and Dom called me to make sure the team really understood what I wanted. Ultimately my Dad loved seeing his dear wife, his daughters, his son in laws and his grandchildren all named on a very special birthday wish. Amazing!

Gorgeous product if your looking for something a bit different

Wrong information printed
Unfortunately the wrong information was input into a graduation pebble photo/frame, recieved the Friday before, my sons girlfriend's graduation. I was promised delivery of the correct frame, for the Monday, at my sons girlfriend's address (hoping the price wasn't included), which was the day before her graduation, special delivery. Unfortunately it didn't arrive until the Thursday.
I tried calling, left messages, but no-one answered or returned my calls. Very disappointed and won't be using them again, or recommending.

Super fast delivery. Little pebble pictures are really cute!! You could make a fortune if you made pebble people graduation pictures! Etsy have quite a lot but cannot deliver to Northern Ireland!!
