The Balloon I ordered was pretty special and my sister loved it for her birthday. Communication with this company is very good.

Really dissatisfied. Ordered their wedding pebble picture, checked dimensions, said ‘A4 size, 8 inch x 12 inch’.
It came and whilst it’s cute, it’s 4x4 inch. Really small. Despite me messaging saying I ordered based on their description, which they’ve now changed which proves it was their fault, they do not want to know. Just keep saying ‘that’s our 4x4 inch version’. I know that! I can see that! But your description stated 12x8 inch which is what I expected.
Feel that the customer service is really poor. No apology, no acceptance that’s it’s their mistake.
Such a shame as I try to support small businesses but I do expect to recieve the size I ordered, not something different.

Normally it's perfect ,but this time my produce came altogether not wrapped individual so one of pebbles had came off but didn't want to have bother of returning the item so person is going to fix it themselves not ideal ,but I will still use you
