10 stars would be more accurate

I recently purchased some lamps from here and ordered the wrong items. They could not have been better in the way they responded to my error. Their level of customer service is outstanding. I chose to buy from them as their price was the lowest I could find for the items. I am a very happy customer.

The website is easy to navigate and the prices are competitive. I was particularly impressed with both the speed of response to emailed questions and the robust packaging of the goods. I shall use Lamps2udirect again.

Stay away and avoid the hassle

I purchased a number of new LED light battens. Unfortunately I ordered the incorrect brightness. Rang the company and explained my mistake and in accordance with their guidelines I returned the items and reordered the correct ones. That was 6 months ago and I am still awaiting a credit for the original order which amounts to £400.00. The company has confirmed receipt of the items. Have tried contacting them regards this issue and surprise, surprise no response. I am now having to recover the monies through my credit card company. I certainly will not be using them again and I would advise other customers to stay clear. Customer service is non existence. If you have an issue forget it. In the current climate you would think businesses would want to afford bad reviews. This company obviously is not bothered.

Highly recommended

Easy to use site. Good choice of products. I had no trouble ordering and the goods came pretty quickly given the pandemic situation. Also, gods were very well packaged. Highly recommended.

Good morning, just to say I will be using lamps2udirect again . What a great company, I bought some new coloured bulbs and ordered the wrong fitment they changed them at no cost very impressed, big thank you

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I received excellent customer service from Martin at this company. Unfortunately, the outdoor illuminated reindeer which I had ordered was damaged when it was delivered. Martin dealt with the issue quickly and positively and I was very happy with the manner in which this issue was handled.

If you want to wait - buy from here

I ordered my scales nearly 2 weeks ago, in hope they would arrive in the '5 days' or slightly over. But nothing.
I emailed the first time, got a response but was really unhelpful.
I have sent a second email this week as they said Monday was the latest date I would receieve them...no response from them.
If they could reply to me within a matter of minutes / hours before, they have for sure seen my email.
What a waste of time and money. I read reviews before purchasing and I thought I'd give them a chance, really gutted.
