the £3.85 is the royal mail second class delivery that states up to 4 days, there are other delivery options unfortunately this is the cheapest delivery out there we dont have control over the pricing of royal mail :( . We are trying to find the cheapest deliver we can that will also delivery in a timely manner as we are trying all we can to keep the price increases under control. To offer free delivery on smaller order would push our prices up . Rising ingredients prices, products and running costs we are trying to do what we can during this difficult time in the UK

Good service and good value.
A speedy service of good quality food which has gone well with my fussy dogs. I bought the Robbies 4 flavour pack (Chicken, Lamb and Salmon with rice and salmon with potatoe). They love it, and it is easy to store.

Never received
Didnt get shipped because my email went into spam. Then it was dispatched 4 days ago, still havent received it and its frozen cat food so will all have to go in the bin. Ive had no food for my cats.

As we explained we have a perishable account with DPD so they are prioritised to be delivery within 24 hours and if they fail they dispose of the food. I have checked your tracking as we are only open today from closing on friday and see that dpd have disposed of this as i have explained in the email this morning. I am really sorry dpd are out of our control once we send a parcel we dont have control over this . As i have said before we are very sorry we didnt get your email and we did send screenshoots of looking into this to make sure their wasnt any problems or issues that could affect in future. We are not sure why your email went into spam. Technology is great when it works . These things are a little out of our control and we are only a small business . We are trying everything possible to get prices as low as possible with all the price increases ,running costs and raw pet food having the tightest of margins we just cant afford to spilt orders so we had to await your reply before shipping . It is very disappointing that DPD have failed with this delivery and we just cant afford to send out a replacement , dpd failing puts a lot of pressure of small businesses
