Amazing service both our frenchies love your food and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The food is perfect for them both and they love it we use the complete finer nature raw food along with the odd wee handful of the dry food every so often. The service is great I wasn’t well recently and the team went out their way to pop it over to me so honestly 5 star service thanks again

Poor information relating to the delivery day and time.
The food product is fine but I had a problem with the delivery details I was given. An initial email reply in response to my order told me that it would get to me on Monday, which was fine, but on the Saturday morning I got a text message saying it would be delivered in just 2.5 - 3.5 hours. I was away from home and had not made arrangements to facilitate delivery to an empty house so I had to change my schedule and rush back. Arriving home I checked my emails and had been sent one with two different time slots, the 2.5 -3.5 hours one or a 3.5 - 4.5 hours, so I was totally confused as to when it would happen. In the event it was the earlier time slot. My feedback is to ask you to stick to the day you quote, not to change it and certainly not give just a couple of hours notice, and also please ensure your messages are consistent.

As we use DPD once the parcel leaves us we loose control of what happens from here and we have to trust DPD. I know DPD along with other couriers are transport companys are finding these times hard post COVID & Brexit.
The messages regarding delivery are from DPD which we have no control of. It seems they were having issues with deliveries on that day. They are currently very short staffed and trying to do their best to get everyones parcels to them on time
DPD do have an app you can use to track your shipments and leave any instructions for parcel to be left in a safe place ect

My first parcel arrived no issue then…
My first parcel arrived no issue then the second parcel was due to be sent to a different address (issue with DPD) lohp were great even though I was a total stress head , it was being delivered no it wasn't yes it was , again all issues with DPD , it arrived eventually no issues , lohp were fab throughout and even sent treats for my boy to make up for the kerfuffle even though it wasn't there fault highly recommend lohp xx

I have checked your order and it was sent out the same day it was ordered on 1st March by Royal Mail first class ( all small orders are sent this way) When this leaves us it leaves our control and we have to have faith in courier services :(
