I was very impressed by their personal customer service
I ordered two T-shirts in their sale. It appears that one of them was no longer in stock. I was very impressed that someone from their customer services phoned me personally to let me know and would I be interested in receiving one in a different colour? I really liked the personal touch. Company that delivers quality and good offers
On the whole I am very happy with Lands End. I like your style of clothes and they are usually good quality with quite a lot of choice. Your clothes are quite expensive but there are some very good offers. However, I have recently had problems with what I think is quality control. I bought a pair of chinos recently which were very stylish and fitted well but i couldn't fasten the button on them without cutting the buttonhole. I was disappointed. I have bought a couple of Tee shirts which fitted beautifully size M. I then bought another very similar design in the same size M, which was really tight. This shouldn't happen. However, I will continue buying from you. Keep the offers going.
