I bought a pack of men's white t-shirts. After one cool, gentle wash, the necklines became baggy. I've bought Lands' End t-shirts in the past. The quality is nothing like they used to be. Will not purchase again.

Having bought many things in the past I will never shop Lands+End again. My order took a long time to arrive and having paid once for postage I had to pay again for my return, which was not easy to do.
It is assumed everyone is computer literate, whereas I am not and would have loved to have a simple returns label.
My refund was, however, processed quickly for which I am grateful.

Arrived too late but excellent return process
The product when it arrived was good quality but it took 4 weeks to arrive, well past the date it was needed fir so it was returned. Nobissues with the return & refund took just around a week to complete.
