At 3:24 a.m. SHARP I wake up and do the nut. It fills my brain and empties itself thoroughly through every gaping hole in my vessel of a body. For an online website to thrust this much dedication to their users is absolutely wonderful. It is an aesthetic nightmare tho.

Not as bad as some people say it is, but really, it lags too much and we all know it.
Teachers think it’s better than giving us a sheet, more fun. It’s not. It’s
worse, half the time the log in page freezes or the computer crashes out (although I understand that isn’t the websites fault just the school computers…)
Anyway let’s just say it’s not 5 stars. Or 4. Or 3.

The first thing I do once I wake up in the morning is think of my beloved nut.
I was on my deathbed, but I submitted my languagenut homework due 5 weeks ago and I suddenly got out of it and ran out of the room. I was healed. By nut.
I hope the creator has an amazing life. I love their nut creation.

What is this rubbish website. Please ban this STUPID WEBSITE AND THERE ARE MANY REASONS WHY. I do Urdu in it for homework. First off, there is a problem with the answers. THEY FREAKING SAY THAT THE FEMALE VERSION OF THE WORD IS THE MALE VERSION. I am pretty sure it is because of the update. And also when it was a writing task, it put the words all OVER THE PLACE. I definitely do not recommend this. This is a really bad quality homework website.

Languagenut is an absolute disaster - the thought of spending hours of my life attempting to log onto a website designed by a caveman fills me with longing for the deepest depths of torture and hell rather than the unimaginable agony caused by the self harm of attempting to use this abomination.
Aside from being without doubt the worst, and most primitive website on the entire internet, if you do complete the herculean task of signing in and accessing an activity, the task it forces you to do is like a hamster running in a budget, broken wheel that dates back to the time youtube had no adverts. But wait, when I think I've seen it all, I try a listening task, in the vain hope of trying to rescue my car crash of a gcse this crime against humanity has resulted in. The voice not only sounds like chatGPT speaking through a car radiator, but features absolutely none of the phrases you'd see in a real exam - I don't know what kind of criminal designed this shit show but either they're milking money out of school budgets or have a deep, passionate hatred of people passing exams.
Using this website leaves me not only unable to speak french, but wishing for the cesspool of WW1, and teaches me only that life is meaningless, time is fundamentally worthless and gives me a concrete understanding of the cause of the suicide epidemic.

languagenut's spanish is worse my mine. and honestly i cant even understand the voice used for listening. languagenut makes so many mistakes in terms of grammar.

its actually the worst app i have ever seen i mean it was horror before but now they have "updated" it but honestly the updates make it worse. i would strongly recommend not using this app. it is practically child labour.

I can't believe this app is even existent.

Using LanguageNut feels like slowly watching your motivation for self-improvement dissolve into nothingness. You log in thinking, “today I will grow,” and instead you click through the same lifeless exercises like a hamster in a particularly underfunded wheel.

The lessons don’t teach you a language so much as they gently remind you that meaning itself is optional. Wrong answer? Right answer? Who cares — the void remains unchanged. Feedback is minimal, progress is questionable, and yet somehow you’re still there, clicking… always clicking.

By the end, you haven’t learned Spanish or French — you’ve learned something far more profound: that time is fleeting, effort is meaningless, and even language apps can’t help you escape that.

10/10 if your goal is existential dread.

A complete waste of time. The design of this platform is so incredibly poor that it crashes, lags, and is ineffective for the purpose that it is intended. This has been the case for as long as I have used it - for about 4 years.

The design of the website is poor. The UI appears to have been designed by a 5 year old with access to Windows Paint. While I admit that the quality of the website would've been more than acceptable in 2014, we are now 12 years later.

It distracts from the whole purpose of the platform - education of languages.

There must be a better alternative to Languagenut. It appears to have become complacent with the position it is in therefore feels no benefit of upgrading it's infrastructure.

Not only is it ineffective, it is also lagging every 2 seconds like it’s not that hard to build a successful app I am 12 years old and I could build a better learning platform.
