Worst post service

I ordered a package specifically to a post office as I know that there always are issues when trying to deliver to your home. They did not care and said that they will deliver to my home, even though I specifically asked them not to. No option to change the delivery location, of course.

Was home the whole day and get a notification saying that I was not home and the package could not be delivered, as usual. My package would be redirected to a post office. Been missing for 5 days now with no help and not a single English speaker in their customer service.

Worst shipping company in France I…

Worst shipping company in France I ordered a product through AliExpress and it said delivered when I checked my mail box nothing was found . When I went to their office even they had no clues about this . Please be careful when ordering or shipping with them . You won’t get any refund if you can’t provide the valid proof which we won’t get any proof . Scammy website there is .

Dog sh*t

Worst postal service in Europe, i ordered a package, it took 2 weeks to process my package and another 2 weeks for it to be sent out to a wrong location, it was sent to a random town in France even tho its supposed to be sent abroad.

Edit: Happened second time in a row to me, never buying anything from France ever again.

The lazy postman lies

The postman doesn't deliver parcels to our place. He write in advance little yellow notices saying there was nobody home and puts them in the letter boxes, then he dumps all parcels in a relay.

i have an order that wasw shippied from…

I have an order that was shipped from France to Portugal last Saturday (day 9 of this month), today is day 14 (5 days later) and order is still in France with a delivery exception...

5 days is enough time for any other service like UPS to deliver a package from China to here, however for LaPoste it is not enough time to get it out of their own country...

so bad

Blocked levering

I asked how long time to sent a package, and they replied me 3-7 days . I said not more..? they said no, not more , so I planned when I should sent my package , I even gave more than they told me, just to be sure my package is deliver on time, because it was importen the package is not late. BUT the La post in north has blocked the package in very long time so that's why the package last more then it should, 20 days to deliver . I'm very disappointed because the person I sent to didn't received it on time. I will not count on La post if I have some important to sent .

Use at your peril!

We used them to ship to France through Parcelforce. Delivery time approx 3-4 days supposedly. 2 boxes toa business address. They delivered 1 but the second was not delivered (claiming that the receiver refused to accept) In fact they did not contact the receiver to let them know how much duty/tax was payable. These were special items intended for a trade exhibition. On 25th September they stated the box would be returned to us. Nothing yet! We have tried to get them to contact the receiver to confirm the tax payable, they will not! How is a business supposed to know (just carry a few hundred Euros in their pocket?) Its still on its way back! We wanted it quickly so that we could use a reputable carrier who knows what they are doing. But we are told it will be 90 days to return. 3-4 days to deliver, 90 days to return. Obviously one of their employees is walking back with it from France. Appalling service, appalling customer service, totally inflexibility, only use copied and pasted responses, not interested in customer satisfaction, not really interested in anything except taking your money. USE AT YOUR PERIL!

Terrible service

Terrible service. My package has the following entry in the tracking, last updated almost a month ago:

"the address indicated on your shipment is incomplete or incorrect. We are correcting it to allow distribution."

What the hell does it even mean? The address is correct, I checked. They can't even print their own labels.

I tried to use their site's contact form. A couple of dropdown menus have no items in them so you cannot proceed (also, the whole site is in French, so no help for international customers).

I found an email address on another site (Pissed Customers) and contacted it in English. They replied AFTER TEN DAYS, in French, that I need to write in French and get help from a French friend (everyone is supposed to have one?) to get through their terrible contact form.
I copied-pasted my email in Google Translate and replied to them in French.
After another week, no answers.
My package will be lost in their warehouse forever.

I couldn't imagine a worse service than PosteIT, but here we are. PosteIT is the future compared to this crap.

Tracking states that it's delivered in my mailbox....not.
So, whatever...I have no idea which company they use for delivery in my country, which makes it nearly impossible...

I paid enough to post ..Never Arrived!

I paid enough to post ... postcards and 3 Birthday Cards in this Post office and nothing has arrived 2 and a half weeks later to Ireland. I do not recommend this post office the staff member I was nice to I did not know that my post that I paid for was never going to get to Ireland. I advise people do not post in this post office .

I have called to them…. Waiting for minutes, quarters, half our… NO ANSWER. But costs me mony. VERRY BAD SERVICE. DON’t take them for shipments. My colli from France to Belgium was sent treu them and Collisimo, delivered in tracking , but NEVER RECEIVED

Sent an international letter as signed…

Sent an international letter as signed post, I was told it would take up to 7 days to be delivered this was on 02/07/24 today is the 29/07/24. The tracking is updated to say that it will be delivered with signature however it shows as being in Amsterdam rather than in the country it is meant to be in. If the France cannot get the mailing system right they sure cannot stand to protect their citizens forbid that day come.

The worst postal service in Europe

The last time I ordered something that was sent with laposte it took over a month to arrive. Now I had the displeassure of another parcel being sent by this joke of a postal service and is taking them 14 days for EU shipping, I have had parcels from China arrive faster. Honestly you should just give up and close at this point and make space for a competent postal service. DHL parcels from Germany usually get to me in 3 days, it's really not that hard.

Keep returning my order

Bought a game through ebay and the seller sendt it via la poste. Everything seem to be going fine until it reached my home country and then they sendt it back to the seller. I got my money back and used it to buy the game again from another seller and then the same thing happened.

lousy service, have ordered something from France Export 16-06-2024 and get a t&t number CB216816865FR a few days later when they send it by la poste, and then it says Your Colissimo will be delivered to your address. It will be delivered with signature.

Your Colissimo will soon be entrusted to us. It is being prepared at your sender's house. As soon as it is handed over to us, you can follow his journey here. If you have any questions, you can contact your sender or his customer service.

since then no one has been able to find it, guess it was stolen since it was never registered as received at la poste

now it says from France Export that it has been sent with DPD
well it's paid for through paypal, so you can get the money back if they can't/won't deliver

AWFUL SCAM

I would give it - one star if i could!!

My customer paid Customs fees of $60 from USA to France. He was then charged about 55 EURO!! Although Etsy IOSS number, vat paid and value was written on customs form.

I paid my customers invoice as I have good customer service unlike LA POSTE. Complete SCAM.
