Would give minus stars if I could!
Booked holiday, Absolutely EVERYTHING went wrong -
Agent booked wrong hotel. Tried to switch to one we wanted but told we'd still have to pay full price for the wrong hotel even though it was their mistake 🤦 Luckily WE managed to change to correct hotel as it was in same chain.
Flights - they booked both flights for Tuesdays. Less than 24 hours before leaving we find that the airline does not even have direct flights on Tuesdays to our destination!!! They blamed the airline for this??!
WE therefore had to contact the airline ourselves to change the flights to the following days, then we had to phone hotel and luckily they could give us an extra night's stay but obviously at an extra cost to US.
SO STRESSFUL. Last-minute.com's complete incompetence is unbelievable and totally unacceptable. Terrible customer service, chat line agent just hung up on us!!
NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!

I have been asked for more details by Lastminute but my husband and I are so stressed and appalled by our experience with them that we want nothing more to do with this incompetent company.

The mixed reviews are real-be cautious

The mixed reviews are real.
I'd say avoid at all costs.
Booked flights through lastminute.com / LMNEXT UK and had a very poor experience. Payment was taken but I did not receive accessible tickets or booking details, and customer service has been extremely difficult to deal with. You have only a chat system. It starts with a bit, then if you're lucky you move into a 'human' that is slow to respond.

After raising the issue multiple times, I was eventually told there appears to be a problem with the booking and it has been escalated to a manager. Still waiting for proper confirmation and resolution.

Very disappointing and stressful experience. I would be cautious booking through them.

Good process throughout

Good process throughout. All info was on the app. Slightly time consuming and glitchy moving from Last Minute.com to Jet2 to checkin for flights. Otherwise all good.
