Very easy, although the activities changed we were able to easily pick different ones which made it less stressful. Everything is in one place and very easy to check people’s payments, your own payments and our booking. The staff were amazing and very very helpful

Customer service and airport transfers let them down
The actual events themselves were good and had no issues, unfortunately the airport transfers were not good at all. We had 3 separate transfers each way but for 2 of the transfers we were given the completely wrong information for when arriving at the airport. There was then further confusion at the check in desk which meant one of our groups had to wait for the next shuttle bus to become unavailable. On the way back we were not given the pickup time for one of our transfers and I ended up having to ring a number in order to find out (the contact number was very helpful).
I sent multiple messages to my event planner who didn't even acknowledge half of the issues or apologised for all of the confusion. Real shame as the events themselves were good.

I can see you were messaging your Event Planner via your MyLNOF portal while on location, as stated on your portal and in correspondence prior to the events, messages are not monitored over the weekend and any contact should be made with your weekend contact number on your Travel Pack. Your planner did respond on Monday when back in the office however we didn’t receive any response.
I understand you spoke with our ground team to sort out any queries with the transfers on location, however if you have any outstanding issues or questions please do respond to your Planner who will be happy to help.

Dublin weekend. Beautiful hotel, super three course evening meal, bubble brunch and gin tasting. Great food, copious amounts of alcohol thrown in ….. what’s not to like!! Highly recommend

Belfast hen - would recommend
We booked a Belfast hen party and did flower crown arranging, dinner in Granny Annie’s and a historic pub tour! Everything was so well organised and we had nothing to do on the day except turn up and enjoy! Would definitely recommend LNoF to anyone organising a hen!

Pedi bike Dublin
I booked the pedi bike in Dublin for my friends Hen party and I couldn’t recommend it enough the weather was awful but was the best experience ever! Mark was our bike driver and he was so helpful and joined in the fun
