A prompt and speedy service with a 48hr turnaround is fantastic. Was pleasantly surprised when my shirts came back pressed that saved me having to do it myself. 10/10

I continue to use Laundry Republic…
I continue to use Laundry Republic after 7 years. That tells you! I would struggle to trust another company with my valuable clothing items that I paid a fortune for. It seems ridiculous to me to spend money quality clothing, and then send them to inferior dry cleaners. My jacket has feathers on the sleeves, I know I can trust Laundey Republic to guarantee years more wear ! Thank you

Damaged bed linen. Poorly ironed bed linen.
Previous late and split deliveries.
Inconsistent weighing of non-ironed articles - we almost always send in the same four towels.
The only thing that is constantly in your favour is that Customer Service responds quickly and proportionately to problems.

Hi Mukesh, thank you for your review! As you discussed with my colleague Dan, unfortunately your concierge refused the delivery, which is very unusual. However, I'm sorry for the delay this caused. Kind regards, Jake
