Top service in Taipei - I highly recommend this company! Professional, painless, and great value for money. Getting clean, well-folded clothes back at the hotel on the same day (at standard next-day price) made a potential chore into a pleasure 🤩.

Do not use them! Absolutely horrible. I was promised that my clothes would be delivered ON TIME... it has been over two days and they’re telling me its going to be delivered at 10pm tonight... I’m so mad. I have to leave at 5am and I have to pack AND I’m supposed to go out tonight. They barely Answer on WeChat. Terrible service and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone ever again

Her review is wholly inaccurate. Her clothes were returned on time.
If she didn't bother to read even the most basic information that is clearly listed on the website, that is no one's fault, but her own.
It's sad that service based businesses like ours now live in a time were unscrupulous customers will just go and review bomb at any little perceived unsatisfaction, even if they are in the wrong.

They lost my trousers and ignored all of my emails asking them about this. If they had responded I would not have given them this review as I understand things get lost but I think the true value of a company is how they react when things go wrong. They charge a lot more than local companies but I was willing to pay that as the reviews were so positive. They hold themselves out as being a cut above but ignoring a customer is clearly not acceptable. Very very disappointed.

*Customer Abuse* I'm flagging this as customer abuse due to a false accusation of losing clothes and misleading information within the review itself.
Rachel sent 3 emails the day before yesterday, in the afternoon. 2 of them were literally 54 minutes apart.
We replied within a day, but by that time she had already dismissed the issue and left us 1 star reviews on multiple platforms.
We did not lose the trousers. She has no proof of this, made no record or recording of any kind beforehand.
It's a bulk laundry service charged by the kilo and the trousers she mentions are the backpacker/parachute kind you see on the racks on the street for 100-200 baht.
Also, we do not charge a lot more than local companies. There is just too much false information in this review to cover. Our prices are currently 70 baht per kilo. All along Sukhumvit shops charge nearly 100 a kilo and even the self service laundromats charge 100 or more to turn on a washer or dryer.
This is customer abuse, plain and simple. Making false accusations. No proof/evidence. Dumping 1 star reviews on multiple platforms. Other false information within the review, etc...unfortunately every service based business has to deal with a bad apple or 2 and this simply hurts the integrity of TrustPilot, it's reviews, and the community.

WORST LAUNDRY SERVICE EVER.
ALL OF THE CLOTHES ARE NOW UNWEARABLE BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO SMALL.
WE SPECIFICALLY ASK A SPECIAL DRYING AND PAY A FEE FOR THAT AND NOW EVERYTHING IS TOO TIGHT AND TOO SMALL.
PLUS I ASK THEM TO REMOVE SOMETHING FROM A SWEATSHIRT BEFORE THEY EVEN PICK UP THE LAUNDRY, THEY TOLD ME « OK », THEY DID NOT AND TOLD ME IN THE AFTERMATH THAT THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIBLE.
THEY ARE NO ANSWERING NEITHER MY CALL NOR MY EMAILS NOR MY WECHAT.

Customer sent in a sweatshirt with a patch on it that was not suitable for washing.
Patch did not look the same afterwards (wasn't completely destroyed or anything, just a bit curly/shrunk).
We never told him we'd remove the patch. Why even send it in like that? Why not just take it off yourself?...he probably forgot, I'm guessing, and now it's somehow our fault.
It is clearly stated on our website that we are not responsible for things you send in that are not suitable.
This applies to pretty much any laundry shop. It's a bulk laundry service, paid per kilo.
After customer began threatening us, we decided to discontinue communication.
After customer realized we weren't going to pay for his sweater or other unfair/unjust compensation, he began claiming the clothes had shrunk as well.
It's unfortunate to see how some people act when they don't get their way.

Easy, quick and convenient!
Laundry Town made it SO easy for us to get a whole heap of clothes washed and delivered back to our hotel. The checkout process was very straightforward and their email response is very quick if you had questions. Also the price is very reasonable with them folding it and organising it all too! We highly recommend to anyone visiting Shanghai!

If you’re in Taipei- I recommend this company
I’m staying here at Home Hotel XinYi. This company picked up our clothes and delivered it the very next day!!! The price is AMAZING. A bag full costs us less than $15. Clothes were fresh and clean. This company is so much better than the hotel laundry service that costs more and takes longer. I highly highly recommend this company when you’re in Taipei.

Great service.
Left laundry with concierge at Fairmont Peace Hotel at 9 am. Requested to have it back by noon the next day. However when we returned to our room on the same day ~5 pm, found the laundry washed and nicely folded. Great service at a fair price.
