Great service! Reliable pickup and delivery, great care of our clothes, and much more reasonable prices and faster service than the hotel! (Who ever thought a hotel would require ONE WEEK to return laundry??) I strongly recommended that the hotel even switch to LaundryTown, and I'll certainly use LaundryTown on my next trip, as well as recommending it to my friends who are expats and travelers!

Normally navigating laundry in a foreign place is easy, and there is wash and fold nearby. This is not true in Shanghai, and LaudryTown does exactly the right thing. Quick turnaround, pay per KG, and settle with paypal or international method. I use it weekly.

We have used this service on two different trips, for a total of three times. Every time things have worked out just as expected. That includes the regular next day service and once the express same-day service. It is about the easiest way to get laundry done in Taipei when you're not a local.

My only regret about Laundry Town is that I was unaware of them when I was in Bangkok and paid to have my clothes cleaned at the Lebua tower. This company is amazing and could not have made my experience easier. I may even travel home with a suitcase full of clean clothes just to use them again! Thank you!

During my travels in southeast Asia, I had amassed a bit of laundry. On my brief stop in Taipei, I enlisted Laundry Town's services to wash that laundry within one day. They picked up the laundry from the hotel concierge in the morning, washed it, and returned it to the concierge as I was able to spend my day with family (I paid extra for the same-day service). I didn't have to waste precious travel time dealing with laundry and I didn't have to pay $6 USD per article of clothing to wash my 20+ pieces at the hotel. The clothes were all clean, no damages, and were neatly folded. I would recommend their services and definitely do this again next time during my travels.

Laundry Town did a great job with the laundry and delivered service exactly as listed. They were likewise flexible and responsive about some last minute time changes and some mistakes I made in the order form. Would definitely use them again.

My laundry was picked up very fast and i got it back the same day, everything was just as i expected, competitive prices and convenient payment solutions. Moreover i once had a question and the customer service replied quickly and was very friendly. I use this service now everytime i am in SH and i can just recommend it to everyone out there.

After an initial misunderstanding where Laundry Town thought I hadn't paid, all was sorted, i received my laundry promptly and my payent wad still in the bag!! Very trustworthy service and the communication I received was excellent! I would highly recommend.

Ran out of cloths and used Laundry Town to get everything washed used the next day service was back at my hotel nice and fresh. 5 start would defo use again

Used once, underwear is now falling apart since being washed there. Whites are now grey.
Over charged.
When emailed about the clothes they suggested I was my underwear by hand from now on. Even though this underwear has been washed numerous times before by laundry services and has always been fine!

I was passing through Beijing and needed laundry done within 24 hours. I was going to miss regular dry cleaner hours and hotel rates were per item (the total would have been exorbitant). Luckily, I found Laundry Town online. I was frankly a bit skeptical, but didn't have much of a choice, so placed an online order around 11pm, dropped off 2 bags of dirty laundry early the next morning with the hotel concierge, and crossed my fingers. Lo and behold, I returned that evening to bags of freshly laundered clothes and a courteous follow up email. The rush service was a bit pricy, but that's what I signed myself up for. I was very happy with the service and would use them again in a heartbeat.

A quick turn around and an excellent and easy way of cleaning clothes while traveling abroad. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to do laundry while traveling abroad.
