As always, the Laurie Ross Team at Hamilton renewed my car insurance for another year. No hassles, no problems. All sorted over the phone in a few minutes. Excellent personal service
I got my daughter's car insured with Laurie Ross last year when she was struggling to find a reasonable quote so I gave Isobel a ring at the Paisley branch as I was needing landlord insurance. She didn't let me down and gave me several quotes that beat my existing insurer. I saved over £50 and got better cover so I am delighted.

I used the Shettleston Rd branch with Scott. I have actually paid couple of hundred more than my online quote this was due to the fact I am now dealing with a human being. I can honestly say the service provided by Scott was first class from start to finish. He was kind, very patient, helpful but above all very helpful, knowledgeable and professional throughout. He is a credit to his organisation. It also takes me full circle as Laurie Ross in Duke St was my first ever car insurer.
