BUYERS BEWARE !!!
Terrible service and no contact number and haven't seen the plants as yet !!. Pretty sure now this may be a SCAM. Impossible to get a phone number and proper delivery tracking information.

Never received the dried lavender or replies to emails.

I ordered some dried lavender from Lavender World on 5 October 2024. It is now 20 November 2024 and still not received it. Despite me writing 5 emails asking about delivery and then asking for a refund, I have never received a reply from Lavender World and never received the lavender. I contacted my credit company who refunded me the money £23.23. However, I am very disappointed that Lavender World did not reply to my emails explaining why I was never sent the lavender or sending me a refund. I will not use them again.

No reply to emails

I ordered logs for delivery on pre order in the Summer to be delivered in the Autumn. As we are now nearing the end of October, I have sent emails requesting an update on when this delivery will take place - but no replies at all. Feel so disappointed as I’ve ordered from Lavenderworld for the last couple of years and never had this experience. To completely ignore emails from loyal customers is simply rude and not acceptable. As I’ve stated in my last email to Lavenderworld, I’ll sadly be seeking a refund through my credit card company if I do not receive an update by close of business today.

Wish I had read the reviews!

Wish I had read the reviews!! I ordered a delivery of logs in June and paid for them to he delivered in October. My partner passed away a month ago and I am now moving in the next week. Tried to contact this company to stop/refund the delivery. Phone rings a few times then says they are busy and it goes dead. I've sent numerous emails but I have heard absolutely nothing!!!. Will he looking to get my money back from my credit card issuer . Avoid!!

Crap company

Crap company. Took my credit card payment in June for logs to be delivered in Autumn.
Nothing delivered

Be patient!

Ordered 30 plants on 30th July and on the 9th August I received 18… Albeit 18 well packaged and healthy looking plants, I waited for DPD to deliver the remaining batch they never did…

I emailed Lavender World and explained the situation, and after some back and forth they kindly replaced the missing 12 which were then delivered on 27th August. Again, 12 well packaged, healthy looking plants.

It’s a shame to see so many bad reviews on here… This is either someone’s part time job / they are extremely busy (possibly even a mix of both). Be patient, they will reply via email, keep an eye on the “Shipping Information” page on the website for daily updates and just pay via credit card for peace of mind if you really want.

They are a legitimate company, we are all just far too used to ordering from Amazon!!

I look forward to seeing my Lavender out in full force next year. Thanks again!

Zero customer service could be fraud

I ordered 24 plants 5 days ago no delivery date was given. I need the delivery date for the gardener who will do me planting. No contact tel so I emailed info@, a Rebecca sent me a link which is like a general shipping policy addressed to all customers. I asked again but no reply at all. I asked them to cancel the order again no reply. Fraudulent website. I doubt if it is based abroad if it ever exists. Do not buy from them just go local garden Centre as I am going now. Wasted £106 so I must give feedback to warn people.

Nearly two months, still no plants

I have had lavender plants before, which though delayed were good. This time, I ordered on 24th May. I inquired on 3rd June and told that it would be "this week". As a month has now gone by, I have sent three emails this week and there has been absolutely no response. I am beginning to think that I have lost my money.

An update on this. Still no lavender plants, 7 weeks on since I ordered. I have sent multiple e mails which have elicited only one response, promising they would arrive last week. Still not delivered, of course. I understand there might be problems with lavender growing, given the weather, but why don't they just keep you informed. It's the lack of response that is maddening

Lavender plant order

We ordered 48 lavender plants in April on offer for May preorder. We emailed for updates re delivery but no response so started to worry but then plants were delivered yesterday, well packaged and plants all look healthy. Today received email from Rebecca at Lavender World with apologies for delayed response and confirming delivery had been made.

I pre-ordered plants in April

I pre-ordered plants in April, aware that delivery would be in May, which was fine. By June, when nothing had appeared, I saw on the website that all orders prior to May 17 had been despatched. I made contact a few times and the replies I got, without apology, were from a private email address which made me somewhat suspicious. Still no delivery. I began a dispute claim with my credit card company to get my money back. The following day, almost 2 months after placing my order, the plants arrived. These were very healthy looking, packaged very securely indeed and I cancelled my refund dispute. The bottom line is, you need patience to deal with this company. With a little bit more thought, they could build themselves a better reputation than they are getting on Trustpilot. Had I read the comments on here first, I wouldn't have used them. In summary, the product was good, but the purchase experience was not.

The six Lavenders I received were…worth the wait

The six Lavenders I received were securely packed in a robust cardboard box. The Lavender plants were in an excellent and healthy condition. Very pleased with the plants supplied. My only trivial moan would be the time it took for the order to be despatched. I will be happy to use them again. Rebecca always answered my emails and I thanked her for her time.

This is a corrupt company

This is a corrupt company, do not use them.
In November 2023 I ordered lavender plants from this company costing £174.95 They never turned up, I was repeatedly assured they would turn up but they did not. Then I requested a refund, I was repeatedly assured they would send a refund, they have not. We are six months on and nothing. I have demanded a Section 75 to get my money back from the bank and even the bank had heard of this company, having had to get money back for other clients. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS FRAUDULENT.

Avoid this company!

I ordered 48 plants in 9x9s. There was considerable delay in delivering them. When they arrived the plants were old and woody, pruned back considerably to fit in the boxes. I hae planted them but I dont expect them to recover much. If you want your garden to look anything but grim, you have to avoid this company!

Dead plants and wrong plants delivered

Dead plants and wrong plants delivered. No responce from any email - been emailing for 6 months - and no telephone number to call. This business is at best a joke and at worst a scam. The contempt and disrespect they show to their customers is astonishing. You're better off planting £20 notes and hoping they grow.

Good Quality Lavender Plants.

Ordered quite a few lavender plants on the ‘PRE-order’ in March when they were cheap. Delivery took a while but to be expected in early season. Unfortunately the delivery was short but they replied quickly to my email and the missing plants arrived promptly next day (on a Saturday too). Nice plants well-rooted and plenty of fresh growth. Second time I’ve used them (always in the cheap season ;) )and had no other problems - I can’t understand all the negative reviews as it’s not been my experience.

Lavender World uncontactable. No delivery of order since Apr 2023

Ordered lavender in spring 2023. Repeated emails from lavender world until recently stated that they were chasing it up. Then silence. Same postcode as Yorkshire Lavender which went into liquidation in 2022. No telephone number. Only option would be to travel there to buy lavender but would be a costly wasted journey if the business has been taken over by another company.
