Ordered Nikon binoculars. Great price, delivery process started very shortly after my order and arrived within two days. Top service.

Once again exceptional service from LCE ordered a new lens was supposed to be from Exeter but they were out of stock. Lce just got it sent from another branch no problems kept me informed all the way.

I ordered a second hand lens- it was exactly as described! Said on the website that it was in great condition, and it really was. Came with the original box too, so basically felt like I'd bought a brand new lens! Perfect!

Item ordered at 8am Wednesday and in my hands 2pm Thursday.

We popped into the branch in bath on Monday looking for a lens for our nikon camera. Unfortunately the store had sold the one we were looking for however the man was absolutely fantastic. He spent time discussing our options and is a credit to your company. After 15/20 mins and understanding our needs he showed us some lenses for sale at other stores. We immediately purchased one from Manchester and it was delivered less than24hrs later. Fantastic service

They sent me an email to say item ordered out ofcstock but recommended replacement that would fit my camera, good customer service

I rang the LCE branch that had a used set of Canon EF
extension tubes for sale on the all secondhand list on the website to ascertain if they were still available. The lady who answered said they were and were boxed and came with a six month warranty. I decided to purchase them and they arrived very carefully packed the next day . Was given a time slot for the delivery and that was accurate. The tubes looked to have hardly been used. I was really pleased as the whole transaction was so easy as otherwise I'd have had to travel a round trip of more than thirty miles by public transport to my nearest camera store . So I saved time , money and got a great set of accessories for very little effort. I can thoroughly recommend London Camera Exchange for their services .

I bought a used lens. It was extremely well packed, dispatched quickly and in excellent condition. LCE is my go to for camera equipment and although I price check elsewhere I do come back to them because their service, knowledge and customer satisfaction is top class. It's reassuring to buy from a legitimate business knowing that the quality especially for secondhand is top class.

This item was listed as having a bag included, but it wasn't in the box, after a quick call, one was sent out to us straight away and arrived a day or two later - can't fault the service

I first purchased from the LCE shop that used to overlook Chew Valley Lake in Somerset. Sadly, that shop has closed, and I guess the assistant there has retired. I was, however, very impressed with him, and as the shop was linked to the Bath store, I have used them ever since! Sammi and Graeme were once again helpful and informative, arranging the collection of my old equipment and posting the new! I would have no hesitation in highly recommending LCE Bath for all your optical requirements! Once again, excellent service!

Delivered next day and I was kept informed of progress.
