Just great service wether online or in person
I've used LCE a lot visiting the physical store in Leamingtonalways found the staff massively knowledgeable and to the point which I appreciate.
I therefore took the plunge ordering a Sony FE 200-600 G OSS lens from Gloucester via the Web. I was nervous for the shipping given its a dream bit of kit for me and obviously a fair investment. The team from LCE were brilliantly communicative and the item arrived perfectly safely packed with no issues. Just great service allround.

Great Service
The Nikon camera that I ordered on Friday arrived on Saturday morning. Great service from the Gloucester branch. The product itself was a great price and is immaculate, exceeding expectations. Will definitely use LCE again.

My SLR was damaged by water, I'd bought it from Gloucester LCE a few years ago so headed back for advice. Great diagnosis, talked me through options and helped me get a replacement camera from the Exeter store that arrived next day. The guys are brilliant

Very happy with purchase and trade-in
I was looking for a 24 mm Nikon PC lens and found one in good nick and at a good price at LCE. I then realised I had some bits kicking around that I hadn't used for a while and had thought of selling on eBay, but instead I traded them in and ended up paying very little for the lens I wanted. Everything went smoothly, LCE handled all shipping back and forth and kept me updated all the way. The whole deal was done in a few days, and I'm delighted with the outcome.

Very happy with second hand lens trade
I was looking for a Nikon PC lens and found one at LCE at a reasonable price, which was further reduced by trading in some bits I was no longer using and had wanted to sell for a while. The entire transaction went smoothly and quickly, with all shipping handled by LCE, and I am very happy with my new lens :-)
