London Camera Exchange - Gloucester Reviews 

I have bought several new and used cameras and lenses from various LCE stores and have always received helpful and friendly customer service, the Gloucester store being no different.
Also their new larger store is excellent and well worth a visit in the city centre.

I recently bought a camera from London Camera Exchange. The delivery was safe and arrived on time, with very secure packaging. The whole process was smooth, and they seem like a trusted and reliable dealer. I’m very happy with my purchase and would recommend them.

The staff inside of the store were amazing. Helped me choose out whether to upgrade my lens or my camera body and explained why I should explain my lens first. They kept the product to the side for me so I could think overnight before making my purchase. Will be visiting again for upgrades in the future.

Brilliant service, very knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. Quick to respond, took the time to make sure we were looked after and got exactly what we needed. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Very pleased with my Panasonic FZ150 (From LCE Gloucester). Well priced, boxed (which was a nice surprise, considering age) and in virtually new condition (from 2012!).
LCE are my newest regular source of equipment (2nd hand) as I find the mix of equipment available at any one time very good.
Also, speaking from experience over more than 10 purchases now (from various LCE outlets, Portsmouth, Lincoln, Norfolk etc.), all have been consistently well priced vs condition & age.
Regular notifications & fast reliable delivery (at least from my perspective) have placed LCE ahead of MPB now, I find they are getting more and more expensive for gear that is really not worth their prices. Especially for older kit, like the FZ150.
I enjoy browsing the site too, such variety & easy filtering of items to narrow down interesting gear.

I have given 5 stars because London camera exchange always give good service. But unfortunately dpd did not
They did not deliver my lens even though I was was at home. I have a ring doorbell which showed no sign of them.
Lce sent the lens to the Exeter store for me to pick up. That involved 40mile round trip for me! + parking fees aswell
But it was no fault of lce staff. Exeter Lce are always helpful and efficient.

Ordered a photo album for Instax pictures, arrived quickly. Love it!

I recently purchased a preowned Nikon FX 70-200 f2.8E FL ED lens from LCE in Gloucester to replace an older version that had developed a fault with autofocus. The replacement lens was shipped down from the LCE Newcastle branch overnight and when tested out on my D810 was in excellent condition and sold to me at a very fair price. I did also consider the possibility of upgrading to a used Z8 & Z 70-200 f2.8 lens and the service and guidance provided by store manager, Derek, plus Chris was great. I’m sticking with my trusted D810 and F lens collection for now but I’m sure I’ll be popping back to see the LCE Gloucester team in the future to reconsider my upgrade options. Thank you!

I've used LCE a lot visiting the physical store in Leamingtonalways found the staff massively knowledgeable and to the point which I appreciate.

I therefore took the plunge ordering a Sony FE 200-600 G OSS lens from Gloucester via the Web. I was nervous for the shipping given its a dream bit of kit for me and obviously a fair investment. The team from LCE were brilliantly communicative and the item arrived perfectly safely packed with no issues. Just great service allround.
