Very speedy delivery. However, the attitude of the sales person I encountered when returning the camera bag to the Gloucester store was appalling.
I was disappointed with the bag I had ordered. After having carefully studied the description and watched a video about the product, I thought it was what I wanted. It was however, too small for my kit. I related this to the sales person, who then tried to tell me I was wrong and that it was big enough for my needs. I insisted it wasn't, so then they quite forcefully tried to sell me another, more expensive bag. I was not happy with this but they continued. I asked if they had a different sort of bag and was sharply told they did not. I also asked for another item, which they didn't have and did not offer to get for me.
I was eventually given a refund but found the whole encounter to be unpleasant and draining. They have lost this customer.

I was looking for an entry level DSLR secondhand camera for my daughter which was available at your Gloucester branch. I spoke with Nigel who was very helpful, he facilitated the payment & arranged for the camera to be shipped the Reading Branch for click & collect the following day for me to collect. I got a call from Mark in Reading when the camera arrived.
The camera seemed a fair price & the service was excellent, so I would recommend LCE.
