Absolutely brilliant service! Discussed what I wanted, what my budget was and what I wanted to use the camera for. Was given comprehensive advice and left with a new camera, advice on a lens, details of where to get my binoculars serviced and a recommendation for fantastic pizza! Couldn't have asked for more!¹⁵

This was not my first time purchasing from LCE, but my first time buying from the Newcastle shop.

On this occasion, after a quick call to the shop, the gent on the phone was most helpful, I placed my order.

The items arrived the following day, well packed.

I would confidently recommend LCE.

Product was dispatched quickly. Arrived exactly as described.

The staff at the Newcastle branch were really helpful, working out my needs as a beginner photographer. Although the camera they thought would suit me wasn't at the branch, they found one at the Derby branch, which arrived within 24 hours. A second visit and they provided all the accessories I needed and lots of useful tips to get me started as a newbie photographer.
Good customer service is a dying art but it's alive and kicking with London Camera Exchange.

2nd hand camera in condition as listed and quick delivery.

Recently went to the Newcastle branch for a Z9 and a couple of lenses. The guys there are absolutely superb. My partner (who has no interest in photography) said that being in there took her back to her days hanging around record shops.
Really knowledgeable (I mean REALLY) did me a brilliant deal that’s saved me a good few £100.
What’s better is that they’re employee owned so you know the money you’re spending is going to the right place, not off-shore.

I recently purchased a Compact Camera from LCE but when I received and tried it I Decided that is was not the Camera for Me I contacted LCE and they were happy for me to return it and they refunded me in full within three Days. So I would say that was excellent service. RKC.

All LCE branches i have had dealings with over the years have done a wonderful job from initially sending "links to buy " online to delivery,usually next day at that via DPD.
Always very well packaged.
Thay are my 1st "go to" when hunting for cameras,accessories and optics.
Great servis all round.

Firstly visited LCE Plymouth for advice and information. Very helpful with what I needed and what to look for on the web site. Found exactly what I wanted and ordered from LCE Newcastle. One small item not included when order arrived, contacted the shop by phone and a very helpful young man sorted me out and replaced item with a better one. Overall great service from start to finish

I initially spoke to Ritche at the Newcastle branch of the LCE regarding a used Canon EOS R5 which they had ,and talked about part exchangig my year old R7 towards the R5.Ritche immediately spoke to DPD regarding the free collection of my R7 the next day.The inspection of my camera was over withen 24 hours and I was emailed that I could buy the R5 which they had reserved for me.I rang and spoke with Mr Michael OGrady ,who withen seconds was conversent with my previous dialogue with his collegue Ritchie and agreed to match a previous quote for my R7 I had recieved from another reputable camera sellar in the UK. He even posted the R5 to me the same afternoon via DPD,so that I could have the R5 by Saturday of the August bank holiday weekend ,rather than Tuesday, the week after.The whole process was smooth,quick,honest and courteous.I will certainly purchase any future camera equipment from them as my first preference.

Fantastically good experience. Just bought two items and had reason to deal with Matt the manager at LCE Southampton branch and John at LCE Newcastle and received excellent service from both. Ordered on Tuesday afternoon and delivered Wednesday morning. 5 * from me.
