In London camera exchange Newcastle the staff are skilled with the products they are totally committed to helping you find the right equipment and taking the time to ensure you know how to use it properly. a great sense of humour is also nice. went to newcastle store for some help as i am new to this hobby the young lady was most helpful and whatever she could not help with brought i someone else who knew the answer i had my eye on a second hand lens on a well known auction sight and she showed me a lens they had instore which was half the price just not a manufacturers they let me try it on my camera outside to test it worked and no pressure put it to one side for me till the next day so i could go home and think about it went back the next day and am now looking forward to trying my new telephoto lens a most helpful store

Apart from a wide range of new products, there is an extensive second hand stock. Secondhand products are accurately graded, and easy to purchase online. I usually check my local branch in person before going online. My local branch are really helpful and friendly too.

Great Service. I was after a part ex price for two lenses. Richie inspected the lenses and quoted me a good price while in store enabling me to make a decision there and then on my buying options. This makes it so much better than taking them into other companies stores who give you an initial quote but then have to send them too be inspected.
