In general we got good service but nobody mentioned that we needed to buy a charging cable. The purchase of the cable was efficient over the phone.

My local (Exeter) LCE was out of stock of the OM lens I wanted so my (on line) order was satisfied by Norwich with next day collection arranged at the Exeter branch. The whole transaction was seamless and at no stage was I made to feel ‘guilt’ for having ordered on line - the whole process was truly enjoyable and the local personnel absolutely wonderful.

I have been shopping here for 35 years, I do shop at other camera stores BUT this is ALWAYS the first place I come to.

I dont have a huge knowledge on cameras, so I phoned up the shop where the lens was being sold, I spoke to a great, helpful assistant who helped me with my camera.
