Ordered and it came within 2 days just in time for new year. One happy daughter! Good quality and value for money

We have had SLRs and DSLRs for over 40 years but only bought brand new items. So, we wanted a particular lens which was quite expensive, if available. Several camera dealers had one but we identified a used example at LCE Oxford described as "4Star" and "Good condition". It had to travel from Oxford to Sheffield to the Peak District but it arrived less then 24 hours after payment. If LCE had described it as "5Star" and "Mint", we would have believed it. No marks and no wear on the lettering. If we had bought a reconditioned one from Nikon, it would have cost twice as much. Highly recommend LCE and in particular the Oxford branch.

I was looking for a battery grip for a Leica SL and saw one on the website. I liked the way an item is removed from the website and a link is sent, so you can buy it without rushing. I have lost out on items whilst in the process of paying before. Communication from LCE is excellent and prompt. Item well packaged and delivery by DPD local had excellent tracking information and was delivered on time.

Another excellent experience from London Camera Exchange. I traded in my camera for a newer one, and I found the experience to be flawless. The price that I was offered for my old one was brilliant.

What I like most about LCE is that the service is more personal than most of the other big retailers for camera equipment. I have found many other camera retailers don’t address me by name in emails, despite the fact that they know it. It’s a small thing, but it makes a big difference to the overall experience.

I really feel that LCE is exemplary. I can most certainly highly recommend them!
