Once again the service is spot on and in this recent case the Oxford branch exceled itself. In this instance, the item was not that expensive - less than £20 to be exact - but regardless the same service level was given as much the same as when I spent hundreds not so along ago on a camera. I'm more than happy and hope to continue shopping for some time to come as and when as LCE does excel in good customer service plus their descriptions of used items are well described hence I have dealt with them over many years - can't say fairer than that :)
