Prompt and efficient service

Good old fashion honest trading, uncomplicated easy to use, well designed website layout, can spend hours just browsing, almost like looking in a shop window, and a prompt professional service and delivery of goods, that is reflected across the whole network.

I bought a Pentax Spotmatic F camera…

I bought a Pentax Spotmatic F camera with a 55mm lens which LCE say it is 4 star conditions, however they didn’t check the battery door, and it is jammed and almost impossible to operate and using the meter, i think LCE should state this when selling the camera, it is small but it will affect the use of the whole camera, and finally after try every means, different coins, soda water it still didn’t open, I need to drill 2 holes and using the lens repair opening cam to open it

Excellent PX experience…

I've used LCE in Oxford occasionally since it opened, replacing the old Jessops outlet. (I think I was the first person to add them to Google Places.) Mainly for their film processing hand-off service, which I've found very reliable and hassle-free. I recently closed a PX deal, trading a lot of my digital gear for a Summicron M 50mm. Excellent experience — fast but thorough, with good communication throughout. Many thanks especially to Elliot, who managed the deal, but also to the rest of the staff, who are equally helpful and knowledgeable.
