London Camera Exchange - Southampton Civic Reviews 

Whilst on holiday on the isle of wight my wife lost her lens hood , on recommendation from a local photographer I contacted LCE at Southampton which turned out to be a great move, it was only a lens hood but the service LCE supplied was exemplary and I will have no hesitation on using them in the future

Normally I wouldn't bother reviewing a telephone call. However, I have just had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Matt the store manager at Southampton Civic Centre regarding a lens cap which I ordered. Unfortunately despite it being sent on time it has disappeared in the ether of Royal Mail deliveries. Even though London Camera Exchange did everything perfectly, Matt offered to supply a used replacement completely free, or a new replacement at a reduced price. First class service from a great company and Matt in particular.

It is always a pleasure going and dealing at my local shop in gosforth. The staff are always happy and ready to help. Never go anywhere else.

I ordered a Canon EOS 5d from you. It arrived yesterday. It is in fully working order. It was rated as “good” but I cannot detect any marks or scratches.

I bought a lens this time online from the Southampton store to save a trip to LCE Derby ,it was a great price and when It came it was well packaged with plenty of the "air tube" ? Packaging to protect it ,and I got it within the week ! Just waiting now for Nikon Z 120-300mm to be put on the market and definitely be back .
