I have always had excellent service from London Camera Exchange at my local branch in Plymouth and Taunton was no exception. The camera I wanted was not available in Plymouth so I contacted Exeter who didn't have one in stock either, but managed to locate one at Taunton. I phoned Taunton and they were very efficient arranging delivery by DPD on the day I requested. There was a slight technical issue so I contacted Taunton again who were very helpful and we managed to sort the problem over the phone.

They use one of the best couriers (DPD) if you buy on line. Highly recommended. This company has been around for a long time and deservedly so!

LCE were very prompt with comms and delivery. The camera I bought (a replacement compact superzoom) was if anything in even better shape than described. Staff at the Taunton branch took the trouble to make the online transaction have a human touch, being willing to comment in emails about the way manufacturers ceased to produce this type of camera, and how to get best use from them.
