Very helpful on the phone, was able to order a lens fairly swiftly with a payment link. Unfortunately there was a smudge on the lens which thankfully I was able to clean off without much fuss. Probably should of raised, but thought it would be more hassle than its worth.

I only made a small purchase but it was treated as a much bigger one ! Received as promised: quick and efficient. Great service: I'll use London Camera Exchange again, happily.

I found a used Olympus flash gun on the LCE Taunton website and was keen to purchase it, I wanted to do a part exchange and contacted them about making the purchase. They were happy to hold the flashgun until they had received my items, they offered me a fair deal I paid the remainder and when I received the flashgun it was in first class condition, therefore I would highly recommend London camera Exchange

Hugely helpful and knowledgeable staff backed by a slick organisation with a nationwide network. I was able to buy an 'as new/boxed' used bridge camera online from LCE York and take my part-ex items in to my local Taunton branch. My 'new' camera was delivered to my home foc a couple of days later. In terms of user-friendly flexibility, it doesn't get any better than that.

Lens purchased was exactly as described and they gave me the price offered for my old lenses. A great company to deal with.
