Very helpful responses on line, then on a phone call. Once in store again very expert help and good manner from all the staff at Taunton.

Ordered some memory cards for my Camara from Taunton as my local didn’t have them in stock the cards arrived the next day by DPD. Couldn’t have asked for anything better.

The member of staff was friendly and helpful but did omit part of the order when sending it to me. This will hopefully be easily rectified

Visited a few of their stores, normally Taunton as its my local store. Can't fault the service. Very knowledgeable with great selection of lenses and cameras plus much more. Their 2nd hand lenses are an amazing way to get some of the best lenses in the business, at times at less than half the original price.

Wrong film sent twice in a row and not received the next day. Onerous very much put on me to fix even though it was a clear issue in LCE side. In the end it took 2 weeks to get a roll of film! Really bad service overall!

Re your web site what would be really helpful from a buyers perspective would be the option of telling you what camera I have what lens type I am looking for and then you providing me with a list of lenses that are right for that camera. At the moment your site requires me to trawl through lots of lenses that will not fit before finding the right ones.

Excellent service and reliable delivery

When I decided to upgrade my Canon camera, my first place to look was LCE. I found what I was looking for and after checking the item over the phone with the manager, decided to buy it. The manager said that I would be pleased with the condition of the camera and he was right! The camera arrived bang on the time given and I was delighted with my purchase and the ease and helpful way to buy the item. I have used Lce before and to date always been very happy with what I have bought whether S/H or New. My Canon R5 mk2 body is as good as New and I am looking forward to seeing an improvement in my images!
