The camera seemed to have been sent to the Taunton store instead of me initially, I just assumed that that was the store where the camera was ( Fujifilm X-e5 ) and it was only when I got an apologetic email and voicemail from Ian at the store that I became aware it had been misdirected, but not a problem, Ian had it in the post to me straight away and I had it 24 hours later. Ian was an absolute star and a joy to deal we, we exchanged a few emails about the camera and thoughts around it and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The camera itself was exceptionally well packed. Thank you Ian and LCE !

Ordered Friday morning, delivered before midday Saturday.
Used camera but in very good condition, I've not found an issue yet.
OK, the manual was in Chinese and I suspect it was originally a grey import, but then so is my big camera. Obviously I don't regard that as a problem.

It was great of LCE Taunton to call me when I was worried about my delivery. They were super helpful and helped alleviate my concerns. Absolutely recommended, LCE has always given me great service.

A used Quality item , at a fair price .I was somewhat at a loss, as I was speaking the shop assistant, who was heard to be walking around the shop , put the phone to do a check , elsewhere, then picked up the phone said nothing and hung up.

Rob, at Taunton branch of London Camera Exchange, phoned to offer me first refusal on a little-used camera in excellent condition (Nikon D500) that I'd expressed interest in, after first-in-line potential buyer didn't buy it. Agreed to hold it for me while I decided.
I bought it and it arrived, really well packaged, within 36 hours.
Other staff at the shop were friendly and very helpful in response to a couple of questions I wanted to ask about the camera.
All round faultless service, and an excellent buy which couldn't have been better.
I'll definitely look to LCE first for camera kit, whether used or new, in future.
