The van showed up in time , the two gentlemen were efficient and polite . They did everything I asked them and went above and beyond .

Good quotation, excellent support from the removal team, the team were very hard working and polite, the job was done exactly to schedule and there were no losses or breakages, would use this company again.

Everything went as planned from the initial visit to the actual move. We were very comfortable with the team moving us. They did an excellent job and worked really hard. They also had a fabulous sense of humour which really helped to relieve the stress of the move.

We have moved nearly twenty times and we can honestly say that the move we have just done has been the best. The team who moved us were polite, professional, listened to what we wanted and then did it. The standard of packing was excellent and everyone we engaged with most helpful. Definitely top end 5 stars.

Excellent service, highly recommend!

Kept us fully informed throughout the removal process. They were prompt, very efficient, and did all the packing, labelling and unpacking as per our wishes. They were proactive in anticipating any questions we might have. The removal costs were less than we had expected. We have used them before, and we will definitely use them again if or when we next move.

Our 2 movers, Steve and Chris were very helpful and moved us over 2 days - collect first day, then deliver on second day. They were on time both days and were a pleasure to deal with.

Great service , the three guys who packed and moved us were fabtastic.
Our youngest grandson who lives with us is on the autistic spectrum, and they were great with him helping him to pack his personal possessions.
We moved on the Friday and due to the sofas needing to be moved to another room on the Monday after moving in on the Friday I spoke with the office and two lads came out to move the sofas to the new room.
Fantastic experience and a great company, would highly recommend them.

The guys where very hard workers and managed to get everything done as requested, every request was carried out without complaint and on time. Only issue was that someone left a dirty mark on the carpet in the house we moved from and another mark on a new carpet in our new house.

I had conflicting information, britannia said I could pack bits in a large carrier bag but the moving men said no so packed them in boxes. I don't know what is in the boxes anymore. The movers worked extremely hard packing up but I felt rushed at the end and now I can't find some bits. The movers were not so careful unpacking and broke a set of drawers, left dirty hand prints on a wall and pulled a hook out of the wall leaving a hole. Overall I was pleased to be in my new home but it's going to take a while to sort everything out.
