I ordered a leather bag worth 500£ and had a fantastic customer experience. I got a phonecall the next day after my order where I was given the option to choose between two leatherstraps. After some thinking and a callback I gave my decision and the next day the bag arrived - very carefully packed in a carton with lots of bubble plastics to protect the leather. I can recommend Bexons 100% and would purchase again.

The purchase made on Bexons' Online website was very trouble free and easy. Their website quite capably showed their products in a very informative and easy to find manner. Making a purchase was also very trouble free. The product was shipped and received in a very short time frame even though I live in Canada and the item shipped from the UK.
