Kept me up to date from the time I ordered the bag to the time it was delivered.

I ordered a leather holdall late on a Wednesday afternoon and it arrived on Friday morning just after 10am. It was packaged really well. The staff service from this company was first rate and the staff were all really helpful and friendly.

Order arrived within 48 hours of being placed. Item was well packed, as described by seller. Would use this seller again.

I ordered my bag at 2pm on Friday and received it at 9.30am the next day. The parcel was well packed and included a hand written note from one of the assistants, (nice touch). The bag itself is well made using good leather and will last a long time. I had reason to contact them with a small query and spoke to Mr Bexon who couldn't have been more helpful. I would not hesitate in using Bexons again.
